My teenage son went to a pediatric dentist the last time he went as he's always been fearful and nervous around dentists. We decided to try Fox Creek as it's closer to us and we both were impressed after our initial visit! First, the reception area is really nice, clean, and tons of beautiful unique artwork! The office ladies are both very nice and accommodating and Dr. Le is the perfect dentist for my son! He is youthful and energetic and very helpful in educating us on the issues by breaking it down for us and then teaching us how to fix them! The office was also really nice in letting us figure out how to pay for the procedures (he needed 2 crowns and several cavities filled!) without pressuring us and also gave us a great discount with their in-house discount plan! We are really happy to have found this office and grateful my son feels comfortable now go to the dentist that I can drop him off and he's fine! I definitely recommend this practice!!!

Hi! Checking in one year after me and my husbands first and last visit to Fox Creek Family Dental. They told me I had 8 cavities and my husband that he had 3 cavities. I knew from my previous cleaning at my old dentist (we moved) that I had one from a filling that had cracked and needed redone. My husband hasn’t had a cavity since he was a child. I told them that it’s crazy we are not getting anything filled with them and going to get a second opinion. Lo and behold me and my husband go get our biannual cleaning and our yearly X-rays this week annnnddd…. no cavities between us! Aside from the one of mine I previously knew about. Turns out all you need to get rid of 3-7 cavities is time and a new dentist! Ladies and gentlemen if you are told you have an unusually high number of cavities but nothing has changed in your dental hygiene routine go get a second opinion!

Avoid this practice if you need anything beyond a cleaning. Dr. Lee is very distracted and more enthusiastic about his art than his patients. Several of our appointments were canceled due to changes in the office. We have had repeated billing issues. The billing department can’t seem to produce accurate bills in a timely manner. My husband and I went here for two years but won’t be going back.

Beware! Dishonest and shady business practices. I have been going to Fox Creek in Broomfield for 2 years for cleanings. My last visit the new doctor said I needed a crown. Made an appointment to get one but had to cancel because of work. I called more than 48 hours (2 business days) as I was told their policy is. They now want to charge me a $50 cancellation fee. I was given no explanation as to why I was lied to and why they want to lose a patient of 2 years for $50. Not a good business plan.

I got crown on my back left molar that feels like its still not in the right place and i told this them this time and time and said its fine. i also did my right molar (another crown) and that one is even worse. when they fitted it on i kept telling the assistant that it doesnt feel right and they made me sit for a hour for him to just say its fine and then started heloing another patient. a month has passed and these 2 teeth theres always food getting caught in those teeth, they are also always sensitive as wel, and i used to never grind my teeth and now i do. I think they do this on purpose so i have to spend more money to fix my teeth. Not going back

The new dentist is awful. She literally told me I had 5 cavities then proceeded to say “see you in 6 months” and walked away. She didn’t explain where or what the next steps were. Nothing. Thankfully the other assistants are nice and knowledgeable but sadly I don’t think I’m going back.

I was sad to have to leave Dr. Brandon, and his staff due to job/insurance changes. Their office was fantastic. Very friendly, professional and accommodating. You can watch Netflix while receiving your dental work! I was most pleased with my root canal/gold crown work that Dr. Brandon, and his team performed. We joked around about how cool I looked with a gold tooth! They were even thoughtful enough to send me a card. I highly recommend this office!

I went in for an initial consultation as a new patient. I've had a bad experience at dentists in the past, but I couldn't avoid fixing my teeth any longer. I was greeted warmly at the front desk, and promptly brought in for x-rays and consultation. The staff here is extremely friendly and kind. They immediately picked up on my anxiety about dentistry and made me feel comfortable and welcome. The dentist explained very clearly what he saw and the steps he recommended to improve my oral health. I came in with a lot of anxiety and shame, but I left feeling confident and cared for. This is genuinely the friendliest and most welcoming dental practice I have ever been to, and I would recommend them to anyone. Above and beyond my expectations by a country mile.

I've been Visiting Fox Creek family now for 3.5 years. As a 50 yr. old male that's been grinding his teeth for most of my life I am now running into serious problems with my teeth. I've started crowning some of the worst ones & my most recent visit was for the same reason. Dr. Brandon Lee has been taking good care of me over the last year & particularly on this last visit he preformed an upper front bridge removal covering my front 6 upper teeth. Once the long overdue removal he then hand crafted filler in my front 5 teeth, crowning the sixth with an AMAZING result. Although this is a temporary solution to all other 5 being crowned eventually I am extremely pleased with the care and professionalism of his free handed skill! My front 6 teeth look great & I am full of confidence as I smile & wait until the next phase of my crowns. I highly recommend Fox Creek Family Dental to anyone who is looking for a caring, professional Dentist who gives you the story straight, with options, as well as care & concern to your overall healthy mouth & smile!

I had a great experience when initially seeking dental care at Fox Creek Family Dental because of their friendly nature. Unfortunately this experience turned sour due to the lack of knowledge and communication from the front staff dealing with insurance. I had a financial plan and agreed to move forward with their curated plan to take care of my dental work needed. After already receiving the dental services and paying in full my portion of the bill out of pocket my insurance denied their claim. After going back and forth for MONTHS between insurance and Alyssa there were so many errors and I ended up being the one communicating things to insurance. They would send me photos and notes that I would have to communicate to the insurance company because of their lack of knowledge. My insurance company had told me multiple times that the office had not sent additional information needed or responded at all. I’d call the office to try to sort things out and every time I was given the run around and told I was incorrect “We’ll handle it don’t worry”. I asked them to adjust the billing so that we could submit to the insurance a different service that they’d cover (submit the fillings to insurance rather than the crowns) and apply my $3000 payment toward the other services. They were unwilling to work with me after we had signed and agreed on the balance I would be responsible for out of pocket. They should not provide numbers to you that have not been verified. I do not recommend going here. He’s a young dentist with young staff that don’t know what they’re doing. Not to mention I had to come back 4 times to adjust my bite because of the work they did and it still did not adjust correctly. After going to another dentist I know that the work they did for me was subpar and rushed. AVOID this dentist.
