My daughter went in because she was in serious pain all weekend, she called first to make sure she would be able to be seen and when she got there, they took her back and then the dentist came and told her they couldn't pull her tooth today because she was doing a root canal on another patient. Then they still charged her to tell her that 👎🤬

I am generally not one to speak negatively. I did not have a pleasant experience with the braces side. I felt my issue was not assessed, and that the advice provided was not sufficient. I was concerned that no physical assessment was done, and no help offered.

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIFIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BARBARIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could leave negative stars there would not be enough to cover how upset I am with Dr Robinson! To start it off just because a patient has CANCER does not mean you are allowed to treat someone as they DONT COUNT! When someone comes to have a routine check up due to cancer treatments does not by any means, mean they get to be treated differently or even inhumane! My brother was seen for a check up, Dr Robinson decided to pull 2 of his teeth without even numbing him. The whole expereince was AWFUL, PAINFUL AND INHUMANE! No antibiotics were even issued, knowing how LOW a cancer patients immune system is I would think this is a priority, VS just sending someone home PAIN medicine. Pain that could of been avoided if you had numbed him so the procedure wasnt 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000% painful and unpleasant. When a patient tells the dentist you are hurting him, the humane thing to do is numb the patient NOT proceed to rip the teeth out of their mouths! Disquisted that a human would willingly cause another human pain without regard. You should be ashamed of yourself! Cancer patient or NOT people come to you for HELP not to be hurt and sent home with NO explanation and some pain meds!

The front office staff is very helpful and everyone is genuinely friendly. The Doctors have great assistants and EDDA's that make you feel very comfortable.
My doctor is Sloan Robison, he is fantastic. He always explains the procedures and gives me options. Dr. Robison is very personable.
I have the "Gold Plan", it has been perfect for me. Ask about it.
I highly recommend Dr. Robison and this Comfort Dental.

Wow way more like a -5 star ...had a tooth that was broke but not hurting. After their failed attempt to get it out..which they charged my insurance for...I was given a referral to an oral surgeon ( the referral had the wrong address on it). Turns out it is going to be about 750.00 to get the remainder of this tooth removed. Which now hurts more every day. Not even a follow up phone call asking how I am. Feeling very used and abused. Be July before any more dental benefits are available. I suggest you go elsewhere.

I have been here many times since my first review a year ago. I've been seeing Dr Bromell and she's great. Very professional. It's a bit difficult sometimes because they prefer payments up front rather than a split payment arrangement.

The absolute worst experience ever!!!! I saw Dr. Bromell for a severe tooth infection. My neck and jaw is swollen and I am in the worst pain I've ever been in, involving tooth pain. Turns out I have 2 abscessed molars, and she proceeded to tell me that it is very serious and need to get it taken care of. She gave me a prescription for 7 days worth of antibiotics, and when I asked for a prescription for just enough pain medication to help until the antibiotics start helping, she told me to take advil! I called up there to get the doctors name to file a complaint, the office manager proceeded to cuss me out and hung up on me. We went up there to get her name and the doctors, and she responded by pushing us out of the office, flipping us off and cussing us out. It got so bad, I had to have the Thornton police go up there. I have never been treated so badly by any business!!! That office manager has NO business working with the public!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

So 3 stars because of Dr. Jeffries. He is the greatest dentist anyone could ever ask for. He's always booked which kind of sucks but it is understandable because he is so amazing and makes you feel comfortable, makes sure you're pain free and is just hands down the best. Dr. Strauss is also a very good dentist as well. I couldn't give a full 5 stars because of the other 2 Dr's working there. Dr. Saddler and Dr. Philpot are awful. Saddler is constantly rude and Philpot doesn't feel comfortable doing simple things like a root canal.. Like I'm not even sure how they are dentists. If you need to go here request Jeffries or Strauss but avoid the other 2 like the plague.

my husband and I have been coming here for 2 years. always had wonderful results with little or no discomfort. very reasonable priced. all staff is very nice and Dr Sloan Robinson is the best.
