Trembath Dentistry: Lori M. Trembath, DDS

I loved going to see Dr. Trembath, both her and her hygienists that I have seen there were wonderful. I have been going there several years and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, my poor experience comes from the office staff. My insurance had changed before my last appointment, and I had called prior to my appointment to have them find out of they would accept my coverage and if not, to please let me know. The gentleman I spoke to indicated he would let me know if there was an issue and I never heard anything back so I assumed everything was good to go. I came in for my appointment and they asked if it was ok for me to do xrays, let me know they would cost about $70 (which I paid at the time of the visit) and I said that was fine. Since I assumed they accepted my insurance, the cleaning should have been no charge. However after my visit, I received a bill for another approximately $130 that I owed. So once all was said and done, it cost me almost $200 for a cleaning and some xrays. I called the office and they gentleman I spoke to said it should have been covered and he would call be back. I never heard from him, so I called back again, and he indicated that they had written the wrong insurance company name down so when they verified they accepted it, they were not looking at the right company and that they did infact not accept my insurance. All I got is a "sorry about that". No offer to reduce the amount owed or to work with me since it was their error for not verifying correctly. I should have done my own research to verify coverage, but I assumed that letting them know beforehand to check was sufficient. I let him know I wouldn't be returning there and to cancel my upcoming appointment and again, just got an "ok". No concern at all that they just lost a customer that has been coming there for several years. Not good customer service.

I have been a patient for over ten years and they have fine above and beyond to take care of my teeth. Definitely recommend.

This is a wonderful dentist who also has a great staff. The staff is experienced, and is very friendly. The equipment is all very modern as well. Dr. Trembath is very informative and friendly; she was willing to answer my questions in a friendly manner.

If I could give this office a 6 star review I would. I've always recommended Dr. Trembath to friends and family because the staff is so nice and they really know what they're doing. I have been going to the office for more then five years. Yesterday I was in panic mode to get my son from school because of an injury to his front tooth. When I called Norma, she told me once I got him from school to come in. Norma has great customer service and is on top of things. Dr. Trembath and Lena were great to my 12 year old son. First they got him started with a movie to take his mind off of what they were doing. He said Dr. Trembath was great with the local anesthetic and he didn't feel anything just a bit of coldness from the medicine. If you want the best heigenist see Tony he is great with kids and really does a detailed job with his cleanings. If you want your family taken care of, Call them now!

Staff's low-key, friendly chat and information reduced my anxiety. From Norma in the front, to Tony, Tammy and Dr. Trembath , everyone was skilled , gentle and thorough. I never felt a twinge on my sensitive teeth because they made sure to proceed slowly and carefully. Thank you!

Dr. Trembath and her staff are outstanding!!! I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received on my first visit for dental pain and the best part was it was affordable, and they didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services or products.

Now, I look forward to my root canal :)

I have always been terrified of dentists. But Lori is so caring and understanding, that she listened and respected me and helped lessen my fears. She stands behind her work, so you know you can always return if there is a problem.

They all ways go above and beyond, never in a rush. Great service.

This denistry has been great, i have had a very good experience there. The whole staff has been nothing but great and understanding. I left my old dentist of 12+ years to go to them and have not regretted it. Its been a great experience.
