I called this morning wanting to set up a new patient appt and a lady answered saying "Hello?" then the phone cut out. I'm thinking I called the wrong number. Called back and for 5 seconds I can hear somebody talking in the background and she finally says "Hello?" Um immediately no. Bad sign if the staff does not know how to answer the phone.
