He is extremely knowledgeable, very good at explaining medical jargon to a lay person, and has a great bedside manner. Amy G. has been my Dental Hygienist for 30+ years. What can I say? Not only were they able to book an appointment for me on the same day I called, but they also completed the repair quickly once I arrived. I came in today for a dental implant consult. The dentist was very informative in explaining what he would be doing and he had the receptionist give me a copy of the breakdown of the total cost. Both the dentist and the receptionist provided excellent customer service. I was very happy with my visit today!

I really like my Dentist. If I have any kind of complaint it would be that I did not get a quote in writing, so when I returned the next time for the work, the quote was higher. They honored the original quote but the clerk gave me an attitude about it. Which I totally understand where she is coming from, but I would like to be understood as well. My lesson was learned, I will get it in writing from here on out. :)
UPDATE: Mountain Range Dentistry called me and they were very kind and offered an apology as well as a customer service gesture. It was very kind and unnecessary . Much appreciated. :)
