I, like most people I imagine, hate going to the dentist, it is something that has always caused me much trepidation my entire life as I have always had issues with my teeth. I went today for the first time to Woodland Park Dental Group. I was greeted by the very friendly staff up front and after filling out some papers was brought to the back quickly. I cannot say enough about Cindy, my hygienist. She made the whole process, that is usually painful and stressful, very easy, virtually painless and very enjoyable chatting with her (when I could speak that is!). I can't say how refreshing it is to go to a Dental Clinic that cares so much! Because of Cindy I will be returning as soon as I am able to get the work done that I have needed for a long time and not be nervous about it, or at least not like I used to be! Thank you Woodland Park Dental Group and especially Cindy!

Cyndi was AWESOME. She was thorough, polite, made good conversation and instructing me on how to take care of my own teeth and gums better : she's great. The lady at the counter computer was really helpful to correct a problem in my data that was interfering with billing and payments.

Update: I had a painful abscessed tooth. I called and spoke with the after hours service. I was told to expect a call in minutes. I didn’t get a call. I left a message through the website. Not only did I not get a callback that weekend. I never got a call. I had to look into emergency dental places. I finally found a new dentist that fit me in as a new patient.
I am so happy that I found Elevation Dental. It may be further away but they are so much better! They have the latest tools so they are able to fix a cap in one visit.
At Woodland Park Dental the chairs are so old that they are falling apart. I had a cavity fixed and Dr Mussone timed himself. He seemed more interested in speed than my comfort. We stayed because we like Dr Effinger. Since he left we simply were no longer willing to overlook the problems.
We do miss the staff. They were great!

Got me in quickly. Explained all procedures to me. Dr Libby explained all options to me and listened to my concerns. Future appointment was scheduled at my convenience. Definitely found a dental group that suits me. Thank you for the great care.

I’m not comfortable your staffs because most writers note to me most don’t understand why your lady said appt dental in Colorado Springs. Want back old dentist for 25 years. As Mountain View had lots of technology included n your dental staff send me appointments on Jan surprise these have not tech . They help me navigate the issue of my teeth and have come up with a plan to make sure everything gets fixed
they set me at ease and made me feel relaxed enough to where I was comfortable for the first time in the dentist office
The doctor came up with a great plan that looks like it will work perfectly for me they just sent me at ease and made me feel relaxed enough like it was a family setting
