Dr. Felder's office is now sending positive review templates (and who knows what incentives) to artificially inflate her online score. I've reported this to google. This office pushes unnecessary high-dollar procedures and disrespects patients. Please read the one and two-star reviews carefully before deciding for yourself.

I never have disliked going to the dentist but, before I went to Dr. Felder I was definitely didn't trust any dentist I had visited (after my childhood one retired). I have gone to Dr. Felder three times and I can honestly say, she is incredible! Her professional honest friendly approach and gentle touch is why I have all the confidence in her! It feels like we are a team working toward my dental health. Thank you Dr. Felder!!!
*Healthcare system FYI: As a healthcare professional myself, I see the negative attention providers get on many things out of their control or reactionary to our broken healthcare industry. Impacts can be: the relationship between any healthcare provider- your insurance company/ all of your employer's chosen plans - medical vs prescription coverages- pharmacies/ brand vs generic medication, etc. It's super important for us as patients to get wise on the cost of healthcare in our country and who is responsible for what in the chain of management.

Dr. Felder has been my son’s dentist since he was about 5.. he is 17 now. He went there with a fear of all things dentistry related and she helped him get over that. We love her so much that I even left my dentist who I’ve been with forever and I now go to her as well. All staff is polite and professional. Highly recommend!

I miss my dentist!! I’ve moved and haven’t been able to visit Dr. Felder’s office I’ve always been anxious to go to dentist but Dr. Felder has a way of making you feel at ease and comfortable. She cares for the whole person, has great bedside manner, knowledgable and passionate about what she does. The office staff is always very kind and helpful as well. If it weren’t for Covid I’d still schedule appointments for my family and I, if we went to visit family.

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to Dr. Felder...During this routine check-up Dr. Felder barely cleaned my teeth, she wanted me to come back for a more expensive deep cleaning and then went on about some other dental work I should get that will cost me some more money.
The office NEVER submitted this visit to my insurance even when I called them multiple times to follow up on the issue...which means I am out the random $100 they charged for the visit.
Definitely wanted to support this dentist but she doesn't look out for the patient.
P.S. I would give 0 stars but then I can't post this.

Dr Felder and staff are amazing! She takes great care of our entire family of 7. I had to call her emergency line on a weekend. I expected an answering service. But dr Felder answered herself. She is such a kind and caring person in general and a wonderful dentist. I highly recommended Dr Felder, we have been so pleased with her work, her staff and the level of care she provides!

Dr Felder is amazing!!! She is painless and professional. I had to have a couple of cavities filled and she used a laser drill. Not only did I not feel anything, I was so comfortable, I almost fell asleep. I highly recommend her to anyone. Our whole family goes to her. The kids love her.

Over priced dental care. Recommendation of unnecessary procedures. Lack of proper patient- doctor trust building. Sarcastic staff with a bad attitude covered with a fake-nice persona. Preference for collecting huge sums of money up front from the patient rather than the patient’s insurance company. Lack of transparency. Greatly uses fear tactics to manipulate the patient into paying for and receiving care they may not necessarily need. Eerily lonely location. Even though on the surface the presentation of the office seems nice and upscale, you can’t help but get this nagging feeling that something is not right. It’s not.
