One thing I would like to see change, no more masks. No need for them anymore.
Those who wish to wear them do so, however those who don't wear them should not be forced to.

My dental hygienist is JaNae and she is so gentle and does such amazing work cleaning my teeth.
Dr.Li had to fill a cavity of mine and I am so afraid of the dentist- and I had one of the best experiences with him. I was in and out within 20 minutes and did not feel a thing. Highly recommend this dental office.

We drive quite a distance to get to Rubin Family Practice and it is well worth it. The staff is very competent and friendly. The doctors never encourage a treatment unless it is truly needed. Best dental practice ever!

Was a patient before the Rubins bought the place. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a crown done placed in proper by Dr Todd Rubin and he said it shifted on its own. They have a new office manager who mad me finally leave to a much better practice where I live in Glastonbury. Avoid this place with all costs

Everyone is always really nice and Dr. Li listens to patients when they have requests, which is a breath of fresh air. I had a dentist at another place not believe me when I said epinephrine in the lidocaine affects me more than the average person. They assured me they would leave the epi out (probably assuming it was in my head). They did not leave it out and I took so long to calm down that I couldn't get the procedure done. When I told Dr. Li I didn't want epi, he said it was no problem. I was still terrified because of what had happened in the past, but he was 100% being honest and believed me. He always makes sure his patients are comfortable.

As usual, Rubin Dental is a great dental experience. I have been a patient there for almost 30 years. May is the best dental hygienist I have even had work on my teeth and she is gentle, caring and always willing to share her knowledge with Doctor Lee.

Appointment was to fill a cavity in a back molar previously spotted on an xray. Dr. Todd spotted a 2nd cavity in another molar...it was a large cavity. Kudos to you, D. T. Good heads up catch.
