I have been to a lot of different dentists over the years and Dr. Doda is the ONLY dentist that I felt comfortable with… I had no anxiety or concerns . Her bedside manner is wonderful! She is very gentle and explains everything. Her dental assistant, Monica is terrific! She is so sweet and supportive. I greatly appreciate all Modern Family Dental did for me and for making my dental experience great 😊

Horrible establishment. Very unprofessional and rude. This "office" gives dentistry a bad name. After having me wait for over 45 minutes I was told to reschedule. I left and when I called to reschedule the front desk, paula, hung up in my face! When I asked to speak to the manager, Jen, she was unavailable and never called me back.
My dentist was switched without notice. If Dr. Quon made my treatment planned, he should do my treatment! When I called for this appointment I scheduled for my 6 month recall, but they booked it for a filling. I did not want another doctor to complete my fillings so they REFUSED to see me.
I asked for my records and x-rays, but I still not have received them. Poorly ran business
I have worked in dental offices for the last 5 years, clinical team and front office, and I would NEVER treat a patient like this. My staff or I would never treat a patient like this and if we did, we would have been fired. This shows this office will hire anyone. Train your staff better!

I strongly recommend Modern Family Dental in Stratford if you need regular or emergency dental services. Recently, I needed to take care of an emergency issue, and called this office because of their many great reviews. I spoke to Jen G and she was able to get me a same day appointment. I met Dr Kwon and he was very nice & helped to address my issue easily. The office is easy to get to, plenty of parking, friendly staff & clean. Very happy with great results.

I walked into MFD on a referral from a member of my church to see if they were taking new patients. I was greeted by Jennifer who was friendly and helpful and set me up with an appt and was even able to print out my insurance card that I didn’t have. On my appt day I met Monica the dental assistant who was also very friendly, gentle and non judgemental on how I had neglected my dental health. Dr. Qwan was very thorough and clearly explained the procedures I needed. Jennifer was again very helpful in explaining my insurance benefits. My overall visit was EXCELLENT!
