Modern Family Dental in Stratford in the C-Town Plaza is the best. The staff there is very courteous and professional. You also get text and phone reminders of your appointments which I really need, lol. But my number one compliment is my doctor there, Dr. Kwon!! He listens to me and what I have to say. I think he quickly inclined himself to my dental needs and concerns immediately!! He is very gentle and explains himself and the procedures while he is attending to you. I was always a nervous wreck at the dentist..But Dr. Kwon is so gentle natured and phenomenal at his profession..if you're looking for a good dentist then go anywhere BUT, IF YOU'RE IN NEED A GREAT/EXCEPTIONAL DENTIST/PRACTICE THEN GO SEE DR. KWON AT MODERN FAMILY DENTIST IN STRATFORD IN THE C-TOWN PLAZA ON BOSTON AVE..YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!! hE WILL TAKE EXCEPTIONAL CARE OF YOUR DENTAL HEALTH!!

Really nice staffs. Extremely professional as well as fast. Had a surgery to remove wisdom teeth, the day after didn't really feel hurt at all. Highly recommend.

The front staff is really good... but I thought I went in for a cleaning....they started it ...but never finished..the guy was so unprofessional that he didn't even say anything to me and went on to a new patient.... pretty sure I'll b looking for a new dentist...(dentist himself is very nice ...)

Great services...i called with an emergency for my 9yr old daughter and they was able to see her...thanks for today did a great job. Did a walk in got an appointment x-ray and 4 baby teeth pull all in 1 day. Thanks again no one likes seeing there babies in any pain.

Modern family dental of stratford is by far the best dental office in CT. Dr. Patel is the first dentist who paused to ask me if anything hurt and it was the first time I had totally pain-free dentistry. My wisdom tooth had been hurting, broken and infected for months. I was told by another dentist (My family dentist) that it couldn't be extracted because it was impacted Unless I had surgery. The tooth was so bad It caused me a lot of other systemic infections. He was great took a look at the xray and said I’ll have it out in no time. Let me tell you he was great with the extraction fast easy pain free. Now the tooth is gone and my mouth feels great. The dental assistant Amy was amazing happy friendly and knew what she was doing. Even though I was nervous, she took time to make me comfortable. Amy was so good she even kept my husband the worry bug claim. She walked me through everything and answered all my questions. The front desk girls are considerate, caring and great professionals. I will be recommending them to everyone and they will be my new dentist office going forward. Thank you again

The dental hygienist was a little rough with cleaning my teeth however He did a good job. The only issue I had was the bathroom was out of order and there wasnt another bathroom avail. That is bad customer service the bathroom issue should have been addressed asap. Also the computers were down so the receptionist could not schedule me an appointment.

I love this dentist office. I know how scary it can be and this office is so understanding and accommodating to nervous patients. They truly want you to be comfortable and Helo in any way they can. I recommend them to everyone who is either a nervous wreck at the dentist or doesn't mind them.
