I am not impressed with this place. I went in for glasses the optician originally placed 3x the amount of prescription needed and also said that I had astigmatism. I was not aware of any of these things until I placed my glasses on and I could not see. I called in explaining to the front desk that my glasses were not accurate, they stated they were, until I begin to nag and then was told to drop them back off so they can see what went wrong. After having the glasses back for a few days the doctor was finally available to see me, which is when she stated I had 3x the amount of prescription and astigmatism placed in the glasses given to me. As of today she replaced my prescription and it is still inaccurate. I found my original glasses and put them on, compared to what was given to me it is completely different and I now can see. I am disgusted by the services that were provided to me at this location. I consider my eyes a very important part of my health and for it to take multiple weeks and the issue still is not corrected I am not impressed at ALL by this company. The workers are lazy, and unhelpful, I had to call in to see if my glasses were ready everytime no one took the intuitive to call me the customer to let me know that when they were done. By far the worst experience and I would never suggest anyone to go here, especially if you have REAL vision problems.
Update: I called to speak with management around 12pm by 3pm I still did not receive a call back for my glasses. I was prescribed the wrong prescription twice for my glasses. I called back and ishmarie the receptionist was extremely nonchalant about me waiting for a call for hours. This is one of the worst establishments don't waste your time or insurance. These people do not care about their clients.

The worst customer service ever. Incompetent people work at this place. I believe they don't understand what customer service is not the importance of their job. Not prepared for any work that needs to be done on patient, no specialty tools available that are needed for certain procedures will lock you out for weeks waiting for another appointment.

The office is clean and the staff is welcoming. I was extremely happy with Dr. DSouza. She has is very friendly, takes her time and is very gentle. She explains everthing she's doing during dental procedures and will frequently ask if you are doing okay throughout, making sure you are not in discomfort.

I got referred there by a friend. The consultation was fine, but then the dentist did my filling and told me she would make some room for the teeth (so it is easier to floss) and filed my tooth on the side. I noticed the tooth had a noticeable line drilled inside, and when eating I noticed the filling was done so wrong that the food was getting stuck. I called receptionist and told them about it and they only said they will let the dentist know. UM, okay I am sure they did...Yesterday the same tooth chipped! Now my tooth is even more ruined then it was in the first place.

I would never go back to this place, the girls just aren't helpful any other eye glass place they tend to assist with helping you with choosing frames and or attempt to make you feel comfortable. Take my advice, and go to Harvey and Lewis they will take care of you.

Nope!! Dental assistant Christina was unbelievably unprofessional, flirting with dentist while he was doing a cleaning in my mouth!! Very rude, very very unprofessional. Dentist had her give me a price for a root canal, and after a second opinion from another dentist, I discovered the quote was double what it should have been. I honestly have never had an experience quite like this. Never going back.

I usually don’t leave reviews but the customer service of the front desk staff was terrible. Also, I was told that I would get a call when my glasses were ready for pickup and after three weeks, I had to call THEM.
