I was having a hard time finding a dentist that didn't know my name as NEXT and Good bye since my dentist retired. I went into meet Dr Trinh for a cleaning and I knew I needed some other work done. I felt right at home from the minute I walked in the door. Everyone is friendly, I didn't wait for than 3 minutes and I was in the chair. Dr. Trinh walked around the chair, shook my hand, and listened to my concern's, not only listened he acted upon that day. I could not be more pleased.

Wow i called to make a initial appointment at 3:50pm on Friday 9/22/2017 i was attempting to make a initial appointment for my 5 year old but the the person on the line was very short and rude. Her attitude was unacceptable and made me change my mind about trying this dental office, i read the reviews before calling so that's the reason i felt the need to leave this one. I told her i was leaving a review and she sounded very unphased and offered no type of apology.

I have walked around not happy about my teeth in the front for 20 years because of another dentist in New York which did oily horrible job I never smiled in pictures or anything until I saw a friend at work and his teeth had a transformation they were perfect and I asked him did you have some thing done and he said yes I went to arbor dentistry in Apopka I said I have to have the number
I held onto the number for one year and finally I decided let me go and see what I can get done about my smile it was a fordable they were very pleasant and it was the best experience of my life because I had my four front teeth transformed into something amazing which I’ve waited for 20 years to getThank you arbor dentistry and the staff and the dentist who all did a perfect job

Very bad experience.. the staff was not pleasant at all.. the doctor seemed ok but the female assisting him was rude and combative and said nasty and rude things to us. The dental assistant didn't do any research and would not help my husband out.. she said we had no coverage and wouldn't even call the insurance company.. even when i called them and put it on speaker phone she was rude and snobby and basically told us we either paid in cash or to leave.so we left. I WILL NEVER come back to this facility again.
