Appointment was at 11am was there at 10:45am didn't get seen until 11:16 am. The young lady that cleaned my teeth did an awesome job and very friendly. After she finished it took about 30 minutes for the doc to come in and check my teeth. The doc did not at least apologize for the wait. All said and done I was there for a little over 2 hours for a clean and x-rays. This may be just a o one off but I still would recommend them there facility is very clean and updated with super nice staff.

The staff was courteous and the general noise level in the office was very low, making it an easy wait for my appointment. Doctor Dennis is excellent, great demeanor, took his time. I have been going to this dentist for 10 years! The dentist is amazing! But the dental hygienist work rushed and are rough. I have very healthy teeth and gums, no reason for a routine cleaning to be painful. This has unfortunately been the case my last two cleanings and I'm considering changing office because of this.

Had the opportunity to make an appointment. Took some time to get in, but it was WORTH IT! Dr. Dennis was gentle and very honest about what was needed. Already have a future appointment set for a crown and an implant. I wanted to note that the new office is very nice and SUPER CLEAN. That is a very important factor to me.
