Dr Martone was the first dentist that worked on my teeth and I did not feel any pain.

From the shot to removing an cap, drilling a cavity and getting a new cap.

Unfortunately I have to revise my original review of this dentist and I am no longer recommending Dr. Martone to my friends and colleagues. Be very careful not to be fooled by the initial great service and smiles. If you experience any issues while you are her patient, she will be quick to pass you off to another doctor and refuse to see you claiming that it is not necessary. Be sure to double check your benefits & do not trust what they tell you in regards to your fees. Kelly did not properly check my benefit coverage period with my insurance company. AFTER the services were performed and the fee agreement was provided, she informed me that I was not covered and I was forced to pay the difference out of my own pocket. I would have never agreed to the treatment at that time if I would have known that my insurance would not cover it. My horror story starts with missing tooth and the suggestion by Dr. Martone for a partial bridge. Soon after my permanent bridge was placed, my face swelled. I immediately contacted the office and a Rx for an antibiotic was called in. BUT when I called back & asked to be seen by Dr. Martone & requested that another x-ray be done to make sure that the bridge was placed properly, I was told by Kelly that Dr. Martone doesn't think that is necessary. She suggested that I go see an endodontist to rectify the problem because I probably need root canals now. Root canals on 2 previously healthy teeth? What kind of doctor refuses to see a patient that is having issues? Dr. Martone created my problem by OVER preparing 2 healthy teeth for the bridge-filing off too much enamel which caused trauma to my roots leading to an infection. I informed Dr. Martone that I wanted to get a 2nd opinion & she promised to call me right after my appt. to follow up. She never bothered to call. Very unprofessional! Frequenting their office will end you costing you in more ways than one!

I highly recommend Dr. Arelis Martone's Bright Horizons dentist's office on Military Drive, in the west mall entrance that says Polo. I went in desperation for a second opinion on October of this year 2015, and got a Christmas miracle. Here are the facts: The dentist from the big beautiful office that specializes in implants told me that since I could not afford implants I would have to get a partial denture after extracting five teeth including an impacted wisdom tooth. He could not help me with my inflamed gums, it was too late - he simply had a specialist who poked picks into the gum around each tooth to show how much they were inflamed and bleeding. I was very scared. He does not do extractions because they have one specialist who comes once a week but is booked up for about a month. He could not tell me what kind of dentures I could get because they have another specialist who does that. He would work cheaply for me as a kindness. I appreciate that, but I was still scared. He implied that there were no other options because he is a dentist and I do not have a lot of money. He fixed one tooth and the work was beautiful.

My family said to get a second opinion before doing so many extractions. I went to the little dental office in the mall near Publix on Military Drive. They embraced me. They consoled me. They gave me hope. The doctor, a soft-spoken sweet young woman was brutally frank which was reassuring. Antibiotics and medications quickly reduced the swelling. Her assistants got me an expanded amount of money from CareCredit and she explained my options. I decided to trust her. I do not know why she is in this little office. Dentists have to be artists and this woman is a genius. She only did two extractions. She works fast and pain free. She made me a permanent denture on one side that I do not have to remove - it's as if I had my natural teeth back. She has a lab make the final denture, but she put in a temporary one immediately. A crown in front looks better than my real tooth. In a matter of weeks I had a healthy mouth and a full smile, and I will have a very grateful Christmas.

It is really refreshing to find a convenient dental office so close to home, and filled with a great staff! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I'm glad I found this place!

I came to this office highly recommended by a good friend and I was not disappointed. Everyone was so nice, and the dentist and hygienist were so gentle. The place was so clean and the office is so modern. I highly recommend this office.
