I really enjoy getting my teeth cleaned by Jacky. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about her job.
The office is clean and modern with a comfortable atmosphere. It’s easy to park and in a good location.
During my visits, I have received thorough examinations and I am never upsold on a higher cleaning or products that I don’t need. I trust this dentist office and you should too!

I have been a patient of Shapiro Family Dentistry for several years and they have been amazing. I recently had to have unexpected dental work done and they saw me the same day and did a painless procedure. I am grateful for their professionalism and service. I highly recommend this office!

The staff was warm and welcoming. The consultation was in-depth and the Dr offered options and insight. The images from the X-rays were state of the art. The first time in my life I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment. A great experience. Stop looking around, you will find everything at Shapiro Family Dentist.

Horrible. I had to cancel my appointment last year due to an accident with my knee where I had to have total knee replacement. I cancelled with plenty of time by the way and 8 months later when I call to make another appointment the office assistant informs me that I’ll have to pay a $50 deposit when I schedule it. I’ve never heard of such a thing. What is the $50 penalty charge for? Mind you, I was scheduling a cleaning which I get for free with my insurance.

Worst customer service ever. Why am I going to them in the first place when I always have to wait more than 30 minutes to go in regardless of the fact that I have an appointment, another big issue anytime I go! I told her that I won’t be coming to them any longer and she relies by saying, “sorry you feel that way.”There are other dentists in Boca!

This dentistry used to be my favorite because of the sincerity I felt each time I came in. I felt like it was a family business and they actually cared about their customers. I guess there was a management change…over the phone I was told one price but when I came in they tried charging me almost $100 more just for a cleaning. Telling me x rays were required even though they provided the same service (basic cleaning) years prior with no x rays. It was not the additional pricing thrown on or the fact that they had completely been hypocritical about the services. It was the fact the woman chose to talk down to me and had a terrible attitude the whole time. She did not seem like she wanted to help me and she definitely did not care about my well being. It is a terrible feeling when people act without compassion. I highly recommend find somewhere else, they no longer represent a genuine family business, they are trying to scam you.

WOW. Responded faster to a bad Google response than you do when I try contacting you to cancel an 8 month out appointment AND YOU LIE. You DID NOT have a 6 month appointment from my last cleaning and when I called again 2 months later YOU CONFIRMED I DID NOT MAKE A MISTAKE YOU WERE FULL 8 months out. And I would have had to book out even further if I canceled.

You could only call me if a cancellation came up and those are SAME DAY appointments. You lie. Who doesn’t work that can jump on a cleaning when getting a call at work that a cancellation just happened to pop up. Not my schedule. You have too many patients just for $$

I was so excited to work with them on an Invisalign consultation and they told me they could take new patients!

My 6 month follow-up cleaning was scheduled 8 months out. I thought i missed something but realized later when I put it in my calendar it was 8 months out. I called. They literally didn’t have room for me to schedule my 6 month follow up until 8 months or much later.

The cancellation call couldn’t help as I am not able to come in days I’m not working at home.

I also struggled even contacting them to cancel my 8 month appointment. I kept getting voicemail and no response to text service or online inquiry (not sure if it was email) finally after calling back to back 5 times same day I was able to reach a very kind receptionist to cancel. I tried for 2 weeks to cancel.

It’s sad… it’s more like a money making machine. Even waiting in the office to see the dentist took awhile.

I’ve decided to switch because I’ve never had a negative experience with a dental office and I prefer quality service, knowing I can schedule my appointments timely for my own health matters.

It’s sad how money and healthcare has changed, no longer “care” more like health companies… in and out, high billing, no personable relationships just get the next patient in ASAP. This dental company is a prime example of that corporate greed and I’m hoping I can get back in with any of the other 2 offices i used to go to before my insurance changed - despite the drive. I know I’ll get a 6 month appointment that works for my schedule 6 months out

I waited almost an hour to see someone! Mind you, I made an appointment. The front desk team were rude and the hygienist as well. The dentist did seem competent and was kind. Overall, this place was NOT it. There's plenty of better places in Boca, save yourself the time.

I had come to Boynton Beach several years ago for my daughters wedding and unfortunately chipped my front tooth. I went to Shapiro Family Denistry and was able to bond my front tooth right away. Having since moved down to Florida I was happy to revisit for routine care as well as cosmetic services. Everyone is professional and transparent as far as cost. I would highly recommend.

I had a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Adam Schuessler, who is the in house oral surgeon at the practice. I was quite fearful before the procedure and was pleasantly surprised at the lack of any pain during and after the procedure. It was truly a very positive experience. The rest of the staff that I have encountered have been wonderful as well.

Horrible, I swear to God, the worse dentist I have ever been to. The staff amazing, but Dr Shapiro, I saw her twice during my whole Invisalign treatment, which I paid in full on my 1st visit. she couldn’t address my concerns went today for the 3 time don’t even open my mouth, she told me I should find another provider. I have all the aligners showing that my smile is more crooked than when l started.
