Dental Care of Boca Raton

Best Dentist i have ever been to, Amazing Staff. I have a huge fear of needles and I needed a root canal and I couldn't even feel anything, even the first needle. The dental assistant Dave talked to me the whole time and was extremely nice and professional. If I live in Florida this would be my regular doctor.

I,Went to Dental care today for X Rays check up and cleaning and i had the best experience, everyone in the office was very professional: Dr. A. was very knowledgeable with great bedside manner and pleasant; he numbmed me and I didn't feel a thing it was like needles LOVE IT ! his assistant Eleite was wonderful with very good bedside manners so knowledgeable and compassionate made my visit very pleasant. the Hygienist Alma was Amazing . thank you very much will see you in 3 months........ I sincerely recommend this office to any one that is looking for an Honest Doctor and stuff. love it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Neglected a broken tooth for a while became of course an urgent matter-total staff were extremely friendly helpful knowledgeable on treatment options and number of payment options.

I have nothing but amazingly good things to say about this place and everyone there! My 13 y.o. daughter needed 4 extractions for orthodontics purposes and Doctor Browne took care of it smoothly and incredibly fast! He and his staff were all friendly, diligent and on top of every detail. I am truly thankful I found them after being running up and down the city looking for a professional budget friendly place. Really, I have no words to express how deeply thankful I am for how they treated us from beginning to end. After 4 extractions, my daughter is not even swollen! She didn’t need pain meds at all! I love you all guys and I will recommended this place to my friends! You guys rock!!

I have been coming to the Boca Raton location for several years. Have not been anywhere else since my first visit with Dr. Andrew Browne because he is PERFECTION. No pain, no discomfort, he questions if your okay through each procedure, and very knowledgeable. However, after my last visit and encounter with Ivonne I do not think I can return to this office during her hours. She talks down to you in a condescending manner. She lies about prior conversations and uses her condescending manner to remind you of something she never mentioned before. Finally, she told me my claim was rejected by insurance and I owe $1000 more now. I just called office and insurance, this is incorrect. She should not be able to communicate with people let alone having to do with their financials. She ruined my experience with this dentist office and has left the worst taste in my mouth. I left a review for the office and they never responded.

I woke up on a Saturday morning with an assessed tooth and no dentist. I searched online and found Dental Care of Boca. I WAS SO LUCKY! They got me in within minutes and took wonderful care of me. I’ve seen many dentists in my day since I’ve always had weak teeth and this was one of the best. From front office to hygienist to assistant to dentist, everyone was knowledgeable, kind, funny and non judge mental. I would highly recommend!

Very very Nice Personnel at the desk dentist was also very nice and I really appreciate it as a fact that it was an emergency and they took me right away and we're very kind to me I would definitely recommend them and use them again

I have been a patient here for over 10 years and Dr A is the best. He is friendly and clearly understands what it means to be a GREAT dentist. His technical expertise, coupled with his calming “bedside” manner is the combination I want to have in a dentist and trust me - so do you.

I also must mention that their support staff is top notch. From David who assisted in my crown replacement to the beautiful and efficient Brittany and Viv at the front desk, Dental Care of Boca Raton Is the place to go.

I've been going to Dental Care for almost 2 years, I always felt that they were so caring and genuine. I've been talked into buying a lot of things that I don't truly need, one week they say a water pik is best, the next they say you need it on top of regular flossing ($80 later of course), then it's time to get a crown and it's "you should whiten first," so I do and then it's "well you'll have to make sure to touch up on the whitening every few months to keep the color consistent," again ($200 later)! It's just become a headache and a hole in my pocket (which only started out with a few pennies to begin with). If you can afford it, then be my guest but if you don't have insurance or a fairly large income then find someplace different. Wish the quality would have been consistent.

Also, don’t allow them to “re-do,” any work without noting your dental file or showing you first. Dr. Brown is my biggest complain. While he was an essential part of my implant process (which came out beautifully), the tooth next to it had been chipped, he put C1 next to a B1 crown. And because it wasn’t put into the system they wouldn’t stand by the work, so I’ve had a yellow tooth for over a year now. I still have not been back but this was my biggest issue with them. He had applied the B1 and said he didn’t like it, even his dental assistant thought he should have let me see it before removing it. It’s definitely not the great place it was when I first began there.

They get a 2, because my #8 implant crown really did come out beautifully.

I came in for an emergency. First let me point out the AMAZING staff at that front desk! The best dental front desk I’ve ever encountered since living here in south FL. Warm welcoming, and SMILING!!
Secondly, the hygienists and doctors are WONDERFUL!!! I was so happy with my experience here. The doctors were genuine. They actually cared, and that to me is what I look for in any type of business.
I am so glad I found a place I can now go to, and be happy with the work. Kuddos to you all! Thank you for making me feel important😊
