Dental Care of Boca Raton

Excellent service accompanied by a great team of professionals. You would be in great hands!! It's very hard to find a dental team that works this well together. Whether getting my teeth cleaned by Maria or having work done by my dentist. Its truely a great experience for someone who is afraid of needles and any type of doctors. Best ongoing dental experience I have ever had, period!!!!

No one likes going to the dentist BUT these people may change your mind. Staff is courteous and very accommodating. I had my teeth cleaned by Patty and she did a great job. Yvonne in the front office was able to move schedules around to accommodate my son who’s work schedule changed at the last moment. Dr. Brown is awesome, love this place ❤️

My hygienist Stella was amazing and explained everything, she was very kind. The office staff was nice and the place was clean. I did not feel pressured into getting things done for my mouth unnecessarily like many offices in the past have tried to persuade me and that deterred me from going back to the dentist. Great experience and this will be my permanent dental office.

I used this office for 25 years. Then we moved away and tried several other dentists. None was even close to dr. Kagan. His work was praised by all dental professionals as “work of art”. They are using a lab that does a very good quality work. After having such bad experiences elsewhere, I returned to Dental Care of Boca Raton even though I have to travel a bit -and I don’t regret it.

This is a very low class office. I interviewed with this company for a position. Two in person interviews with the COO, As well as two phone interviews. We agreed on a starting salary As well as a temporary hourly pay for my working interview. We discussed my schedule and came to a solid agreement about everything if we moved forward. Working interview comes and goes. I get a call a couple days later letting me know that the COO was no longer with them ( for reasons I don’t know) but they would still like to offer me the job. HOWEVER, The salary was about 20% less than Previously agreed-upon. ( Again, we spent about 2 weeks coming to that agreement) I told them I couldn’t go that low but would meet them halfway and they agreed to discuss it. A couple days later, I got a call saying that they decided to go another route. Not a big deal, these things happen, although I would fully expect them to live up to our agreement for the working interview. I don’t hear from anyone for a week so I decide to reach out and was told they would send me the money that day. They do and I guess I shouldn’t be surprised but this time it was OVER 30% less than agreed-upon. I reached out and let them know that wasn’t what we agreed upon and if they decided to change the amount I should’ve been informed. The response was; “ Hi!! I wasn’t aware of what *** told you. I understand. “ The ethical thing to do, would’ve been to honor at least one of your agreements, not brush it off. The lead of this company preached about ethics and integrity, But at your core you operate extremely dishonestly. I can only speculate how that relates to your customer care

I've been going here for six years for a reason. The staff have always been friendly and professional. Appointment scheduling or rescheduling is never an issue. The technology they utilize (coupled with a reminder call) to ensure you're on top of your scheduled appointment is so beneficial for me personally. Any hygienist I've had for cleanings have been stellar - from their demeanor to professionalism and knowledge to their skill and energy. The Doctors over the years, the same. Of course, I've never had any major dental issues, so my review is based on routine visits, annuals and minor work. I guess I have my own oral preventive practices to thank. Go me! Overall, highly recommend! I just love this place.

Great service and open 7 days a week!! I’ve always felt accommodated with any minor or major issue. The entire staff are welcoming and patient and never make your treatment feel rushed. I love Vanessa, she thoroughly explains insurance benefits and financial payments.I would highly recommend any friends/family to Dental Care of Boca office.
