The doctor made himself available on a Saturday. I appreciated his expertise, calm manner and pleasant demeanor. His office staff was equally competent and easy to work with. I needed to visit the office as an out-of-towner however if I lived here I would definitely want to go there as my dental office.

Yesterday I had my first visit at West Boca Dental Care. The practice is immaculate! Beautiful set up! State of the art equipment. Dr. Alissa Kleinman was doing a crown for me. She’s wonderful! proficient, patient and took the time and care to make me feel comfortable, as I was super terrified of the needle and drilling. I will go back and definitely recommend!!

After being on a near two year dental hiatus (due to other pressing health issues) it was so very nice to be welcomed back by Dr Herman and his terrific staff. This was also my first visit to their brand new location, where they’ve fully embraced all COVID-19 protocols, social distancing protections and safety measures.

Conveniently situated on the southwest corner of Palmetto Park Road and 441/State Road 7, this freestanding building is clearly a State of the Art facility, representative of all-things-dental — truly impressive, very well equipped and pleasing to the eye ... with the same warm vibe as their previous location.

But really, when you get right down to it, the resounding takeaway that I’ve always loved about Dr Herman’s practice, is knowing that I’m in “Great and Capable Hands”.

Regardless of the complexity of my dental needs, from simple fillings, to crowns, implants, extractions, bridges and thorough cleanings — the pure and meticulous artistry that takes place within these walls, represents only half of West Boca Dental Care’s finest attribute. And, it’s this remaining half of the equation that makes them shine far above all others — it’s the FEELING of genuine care, warmth and friendliness of Dr Herman himself, and of course, his amazing and highly capable staff.

Ever since I first discovered Dr Herman’s practice years ago, I can say with absolute certainty ... I wouldn’t even think of being treated by anyone else!

For more than 10 years I have been a satisfied patient of West BOCA Dental Care. From routine cleanings to implants, Dr. Herman and his skilled and professional staff take most excellent care of my smile!

I have been seeing Dr. Herman and his dental staff for over 20 years. I love Dr. Herman and I am so grateful to know this kind and dedicated dentist who runs such a wonderful 'ship. I always have a good experience when I go to Dr. Herman. He is patient and his prices are reasonable, and he and his staff go out of their way always to make me feel comfortable. My family all go to him, I have a son with autism, and he is cared for with expertise, respect, kindness and patience when he visits Dr. Herman, and I have referred many of my friends and family members to him. I would definitely recommend his services.

Scheduled an appointment for me and my husband. Called ahead of time to make sure they accept our insurance! I was told that they accept my insurance and that there will be NO CHARGE!! I only wanted cleaning, however, when I came in I was told that they will NOT do my cleaning until I do a x-ray! After leaving the office I received a call from them telling me that I have to pay $65 because they did a special cleaning lol yes yes special cleaning that is not covered and I have to pay $65. We cancelled my husbands appointment... will never go there again and no one should!! Please find a honest dental office.

My faith & trust in dentistry has, at long last, been restored <3

How do you describe a dentist like Dr. Lee Herman? Here are the words that come to my mind: Vastly experienced ... gentle ... kind ... empathetic ... reassuring ... quite simply, a veritable master of his skill. If you are even considering changing dentists then RUN ... DON'T WALK to Dr. Herman ... ESPECIALLY if you are a former patient at his office on 441 & Palmetto Park Road.

You will be greeted & welcomed by lovely Maria, or one of the other helpful assistants up front ... any questions that they can't answer, then you will meet their office manager, the stunning Daniella, who is as beautiful as she is kind - and always ready to lend a helping hand! Dr. Herman's assistant, Fan, has a touch that is so soft & gentle, it is almost like a feather in the breeze brushing your cheek!

I cannot stop talking to everyone I know about the metamorphic change that has taken place in the office on 441 & Palmetto Park Road ... where there is now a true, caring dental professional with a staff that is dedicated to working with and for its patients instead of against them.

Everyone was very nice. The office was clean. I would love to have given a higher rating but when I was there, I scheduled my next cleaning for 6 months from that point. I put it in my calendar. I called 6 months later to confirm and there was no appointment in their schedule. Instead of trying to fix the problem by finding me some she gave me the next available Saturday appoint 3 weeks from now. The office failed to do their part and I as the customer now wait. It is not right.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Herman for many years, we are always treated well, by him and his team. Very professional and knowledgeable..I just had to have my first root canal done and he referred me to his endodontist , who I also felt comfortable with as he had a great bedside manner and answered all my concerns and I felt like he really knew what he was doing and the novocain has worn off now and I feel no pain, thank you for taking care of me! We would highly recommend Dr. Herman and his team!
