Suggest you remove the phrase 'If unable to keep appointment kindly give 24 hours notice' from your appointment cards & replace with 'cancellation with less than 24 hour notice will incur a 25.00 fee'. I had been Dr Hall's client 20 yrs prior, & had referred my family too. You lost a good customer(s) with that lack of transparency.
