Made appointment with them for second opinion, of what I felt was priced too high at another dentist ,I had no insurance.
Conclusion: yes, it was less expensive, and steered me in a direction to purchase insurance which would bring that cost down even further.
Dentist and staff makes you feel comfortable, so...friendly.
I definitely would recommend this dentist and staff.

Dr Howard and her staff are excellent. My first appointment with her was t repair a crown that came off. They accepted my plan and did a great job. I have since been back for some periodontal work and could not be happier. I will continue with them including my routine cleanings and check-ups.

No waiting. Diagnosed. And put on antibiotics and getting rid of a fractured tooth Thursday.

This place only cares about making large amounts of money. I needed a new dentist in the Estero area and went here. The first visit they do an exam and literally make up all of these ārecommended proceduresā you āneedā. After the exam, before you even leave the dentist chair, with a bib on and toothpaste on my mouth still, a receptionist comes and sits next to you reviewing your treatment plan and all of the costs. I literally came for a cleaning/basic exam only. They said the baby tooth I have (never fell out, runs in the family) needed removed bc 1. It started to get a cavity (how do I kind of have a cavity - I either do or I donāt) and 2. It will fall out anyway (supposedly). Basically my ātreatment planā was to remove the tooth and then for Invisalign to move all my bottom teeth around to replace the gap. Never had a cavity and I get excellent feedback from my dentistsā every single time. I routinely go 2x a year my entire life and never once has anyone mentioned this stuff. I declined obviously. Also got two second opinions, no cavity and the tooth is fine staying as long as it remains in good condition which is has. My uncle is 30+ years older than me and his baby tooth is just fine. I was SHOCKED that I was being ambushed, basically forced to listen to this insane treatment plan and then pressured to schedule and pay for it. Do not go here. It doesnāt surprise me that theyāre canceling cleanings to schedule more expensive, not needed work with people. I feel bad for the older people who come here, Iām sure they are being taken advantage of. At a minimum, if they give you a treatment plan, seek a second opinion - trust me. Iām ocd about my teeth and get nothing but positive feedback from every dentist Iāve had (even as a child) so hear the shocking extensive amount of work they claimed I needed done was insane.
