Once you pay them the big bucks, they treat you terribly for the little things you need. Let me share my experience: My wife and I both used this location for various sorts of support and services (crown, deep cleaning, and Invisalign to name a few). My wife has made 3 appointments for cleanings (all of which were about 1 month in advance) and has received calls from the office on the day of that THEY were cancelling it. The first excuse was that they are cancelling due to a "meeting" they are having. Imagine planning something a month in advance to have someone call you 30 min ahead and tell you that. The other two appointments (all of which are for routine cleanings- less income for them) where both cancelled and she was told that she "never confirmed the appointment." This is despite receiving an email for the appointment and then receiving confirmation after accepting it. To top is all off, she has provided them her new cell number and they STILL haven't updated it in the system.
On the other hand, I receive weekly texts and calls to come in and do the deep cleaning that takes 1.5 hours and earns them more income. They are ALWAYS open to my call because I am paying them a higher sum. This contrast is disgusting and makes it clear that if you value the upkeep of your oral hygiene, this is not the provider for you. Look elsewhere. Perhaps there is an office that could use your business, because this group doesn't need it.

Would reccomend to anyone :) everyone here is truly so nice and so caring. The environment is very uplifting as soon as you walk up to the receptionists. The dentist is very comforting, understanding, and very helpful. I’ve gone to this place a couple times and everyone really seems to get along like family and they work so well together! Thank you guys for everything :) every single person that I have met at this place has been so kind and so helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

I think Complete Dentistry of Estero is the best dental care I’ve ever received. The facility is clean and modern and all of the staff are friendly and efficient. I need to give a special shout out to my favorite hygienist Kara! She is so patient w me and this, as well as the dentist’s professionalism has helped me overcome my fear of the dentist. Kara always explains things well and spends time to educate her patients how to maintain good oral health. I actually don’t mind going to the dentist so I can see her smiling face

Understandably most people do not care to go to the dentist. However, I don't think anyone would mind going to Complete Dentistryof Estero. They have always been so compassionate regarding my care and concerned that I am comfortable throughout my visit. My dental hygienist Maria is top-notch, so professional and so warm and friendly.

I HATE Dentist... BUT I love Dr. Howard and her staff! I feel like I can trust her to do anything to my mouth without having to worry. I neglected the dentist for over 10 years before coming to this office. I come for my cleanings and invisalign trays regularly. The best part is they are very accommodating to my schedule. The staff especially Kathy, Cara, and Darlene make you feel like family when they see you including Dr.Howard.
If you hate the dentist as much as I do, I promise you'll love this office

This time going to this dentist was their last chance for me. Every experience has been horrible.....that is until today. My new hygienist was amazing, made the entire experience great! The new dentist was amazing as well. I came Home and told my wife that I will continue to go to this dentist as long as my hygienist and dentist don’t change!!
