Dr. Modesto is one of the most skilled dentist that I have the benefit of experiencing.. I'm terrified of dentists typically. I never dreamed that I would actually fix my teeth because of past bad experiences with orher dentist. She knows how to keep you calm and she doesn't hurt you. I mean it! As for Brittany her front desk assistant, she's absolutely a doll. Always with a smile and truly explains those pesky invoices as well as making sure the insurance pays what they are supposed to. I would recommend you test out Bella Smile for yourself.

Upon entering Bella Smile for the first time, I was led into Dr. Modesto's private office for a Consultation, how rare is that?
I am thoroughly impressed by Dr. Modesto's skills, professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness.
Dr. Modesto explained in detail all the work and procedures she was preparing to do. And she is not happy until everything is 100%.
The level of care I received from Dr. Modesto and her incredibly friendly staff is "up and beyond" the call of duty!

Extremely unprofessional when it comes to billing. They hype you up showing you what your costs are with insurance, you get the work done and then they want to come back and say that your insurance didn't cover it and they want to hit you with the full amount. The work that they do is good. No complaints there, but billing...oof. beware. I paid what they said MY cost would be, then they want to hit me with a huge balance bc they said insurance didn't approve it. Why wouldn't they get the work approved first before doing such a big job? Now they've made it super uncomfortable for us to even use them again. The woman Britrany wants to go back and forth saying she "explained" it could cost more, and I get it her word against mine but I know what we agreed on and what I was told. She can sit back and try to cover herself but I know I was either 1 lied to, or 2 she gave me the wrong information. Oh well guess next time with a new dentist I'll definitely make sure there's no chance for any issues to arise. They can send me to collections thats fine, I agreed to pay it down once I paid off the huge original bill but they want to give me like 2 weeks to pay a $2000 bill. Lol nope not gonna happen. I won't say the work is bad because it isn't but the woman Brittany who does billing can definitely sell you on a lie. Bravo. Now I'm sure they will reply to this with their great excuses but honestly I could care less. I was sold a lie. Shame bc the dentist is nice.

BEST DENTIST EVER! For many years I have received the absolute BEST Dental care at Bella Smile. Dr. Modesto and staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I would not consider going anywhere else.

This is, by far, the best Dental Group I have ever had work done by. Every member of the staff is super courteous and friendly. And it is genuine. Hugo and Brittany made me feel super relaxed and completely informed about everything that was taking place. I am very happy to have found this place as I have had bad experiences in the past with other Dental offices. You will not be disappointed!!

I had an amazing experience in this dental office.
Dr. Modesto was extremely smiling, competent, and straightforward when describing my issues and solutions. By the way, the cleaning of my teeth was spectacular. It lasted over 30 minutes and the hygienist knew what she was doing. My insurance is HMO, so my previous dental office did NOT provide a detailed cleaning at all. Additionally, this is a brand new facility and everything is spotless. I am definitely coming back to finish the treatment and then clean my teeth on a regular basis
