I did not have a good experience at Bella Smile. I waited 45 minutes to be seen with no update on when I would be call back until I had been waiting 40 minutes. They didn't explain when scheduling my appointment that I would have to schedule another appointment for a cleaning. With my hectic work schedule, it's difficult for me to have to come back or even take an hour and a half for an appointment. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the dental hygienist was very defensive saying they had a medical emergency and internet outage. I said that was fine, if they could have explained this to me while I was waiting so I could have been aware things were taking longer. She said she did, but I explained that was after a 40 minute wait. When I explained I wished it could have been done sooner she said she didn't know I was waiting then proceeded to call me rude in the same breath as stating they value customer service. I don't know how an office can be disorganized as they wouldn't know someone is waiting for a long period of time then call their patient rude when I simply asked about the wait without raising my voice. The doctor never came by to apologize. This is not the definition of customer service. I will not be going back.

Bella Smile is great. Everyone is caring and professional. We feel virus safe there with all the precautions they take to protect everyone. They work with our insurance and are very fair if a procedure is not covered. 5 stars to everyone at Bella Smile.

Dr. Modesto and her staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Everyone knows that going to the dentist isn’t always a great experience but the staff are able to make the experience wonderful. It’s a very bright, clean and comfy office and I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. The prices are affordable and everything is explained in detail before they do any work. Happy to have found a great dentist.
