Excellent experience! I was told by another dentist that I had two cavities, that I needed deep cleanings, and that I had to go back every three months for the rest of my life. I am so glad I got a second opinion. This is definitely one of the best dentists in Gainesville, FL.

Highly recommend for adults and kids alike....I absolutely LOVE this office - friendly, fun, professional and great staff/doctors.
Dr. Pomeranz is my dentist and she is outstanding but Dr. Williams is also great. Dr. P has done it all from fixing my front tooth that was chipped in an accident to doing a crown on my molar, to making me a nightguard to stop my grinding, plus doing my whitening trays..... I get compliments all the time! I also take all 3 of my pretty anxious kids there and they love getting their teeth cleaned and watching movies while in the chair!
Plus, I've had 3 different insurances while being a patient over the years and they've taken them all.

D&P Dentistry is awesome!! Apart from the combination of excellent leadership and talented staff, their preparation is the best. Preparation includes patient in-take form availability on their website, can be emailed ahead of appointment allowing rapid access to excellent service in clean surroundings. From the front desk to Dr Pomeranz including Hygienist Kim, Erika are patient focused, capable, and calm. The entire visit including Dental cartography and treat planning was under 2h. The work is done with care and made convenient. The clean, well lit, tastefully decorated bays offer privacy. The office contacted me about cancellation due to a hurricane and offered to advance my appointment rather delay. Such proactive problem solving is unheard of. The staff are very relatable and kind. Go D&P go, excellent work.

I went in May for a long overdue appointment, though I've been seeing Dr Pomeranz for many years. I was so impressed with how gentle yet persistantly thorough, Erika was while cleaning my teeth and taking my x-rays. I should not have been surprised, though, as your complete care is so important to Dr Pomeranz. She has always wanted to be sure that you had the best care and a pleasant experience whether it was at her office or at a specialist that she referred you to. So Erika's expertise and manner was right up her alley and she's a great asset to D&P Dentistry!
I went back in July for my first dental work in many years and Dr Pomeranz was just as gentle and patient as always. It has always amazed me that she can do this all day, almost every day and still be so patient and gentle giving a shot that it is most always, totally painless. I was completely comfortable getting the filling I had done at this visit. Brandy and Dr Pomeranz worked to gether so well and Brandy was on the ball and on top of everything that Dr Pomeranz or I needed.
I expressed a little concern over an upcoming procedure more to the front of my mouth because I've heard shots in the front can be more painful but Dr Pomeranz reasured me that she would make sure it wasn't. The days of "going to the dentist isn't supposed to be pleasant" are long gone at D&P Dentistry. I felt like everyone genuinely cared about my experience and well being and it wasn't just a facade they were putting on. I'm so glad to have found Dr Pomeranz years ago!!
