They will work you up more than you need so they can bill your insurance more. Unethical asked them not to do anything that was not covered and they still did it. Office is only about the money!

Hace cuatro años asistí a este lugar, me gustó al principio decidí volver para realizarme todos los tratamientos que debía, sin embargo el trato fue muy malo no me realizaron lo que pedí, despues dijeron que tenía una cuenta que nunca que dieron, el servicio fue pésimo el personal cero servicio al cliente y después comenté a una amiga el mal servicio que recibí y por sorpresa me respondió con la misma expericia. Lástima que todavía no sepan lo que el servicio al cliente puede ser en una compañía. Les deseo éxito y que esos altibajos les ayude para trabajar mejor como compañía. Muy desepcionada.
Four years ago I attended this place, I liked it at the beginning I decided to go back to do all the treatments that I should, however the treatment was very bad I did not do what I asked for, then they said that I had an account that I never got, the service was Lousy staff zero customer service and then told a friend the bad service I received and by surprise I replied with the same experience. Too bad they still do not know what customer service can be in a company. I wish you success and that these ups and downs help you to work better as a company. Very disappointed.
