Where do l begin. The staff is super friendly and the office manger was a delight. He was extremely helpful with helping me afford my dental work. He customized a payment plan that really fits my budget. I’m a single mother of four and with my finances being so tight I truly do appreciate all the help Ezequiel was able to provide for me. I have been waiting years to get my dental work done but wasn’t able to find a place that would work with me. I would recommend Dentists of Miami Gardens to anyone a thousand times over!

I had the best experience when visiting this office. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly staff at the counter to the time the doctor was finished with the procedure, it was amazing. As much as I procrastinate seeing doctors and dentists, before leaving the office I made sure I made my 6 month follow up appointment, this is how confident I feel about their treatment and services. Their level of professionalism is hard to find nowadays .

A trusted friend recommended Dentists of Miami Gardens and I’m glad I made the call. The office staff was super professional and Dr. Diaz did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Their staff went far and beyond the call of duty to find the perfect payment plan to fit my budget. They were super patient with me and my 10 thousand questions and very knowledgeable in what needed to take place. Wow! Where do I begin...When I first walked into the dental office for my routine cleaning I was immediately greeted by the front desk personnel with a smile and warm welcome. The check in process was lightning fast and I was taken back to my room within 5 minutes. The doctor was quick to follow and also greeted me with a warm welcome. She took the time to explain to me what she was going to do, and broke down my treatment in a way I could understand. Note: Not too many of my past dentists have done that, so her explaining things thoroughly was refreshing. When she exited the room, I had the pleasure to have small talk with an assistant, Jennel, who was an absolute pleasure to talk with. She was very personable and friendly even with it being her first day training. Before my cleaning, which was PAIN FREE, I spoke with Ezequiel who broke down the finances of my visit. He was easy to talk with, and transparent regarding all things finances. Brittany, another assistant, took the time to thoroughly polish and floss my teeth. She made me feel comfortable and at ease after explaining to her the struggles of flossing with braces. Overall, what they are doing at this office is special because they are providing a customer experience that I feel is lost these days with dental offices. I highly recommend this office and will definitely be back.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Dr. Díaz was so gentle! She really explained to me what I NEEDED! She was super through with my exam! The manager Ezequiel was super helpful with my finances and really took into consideration my what i was able to afford by helping me sign up for the Smile generation payment plan! The office was beautiful! By far the nicest and cleanest dental office I’ve been too! Over all so happy to have found my dental home! From the moment I called I knew this was the best dental office in town! 10/10 I’m recommending this office to everyone!

Best dental office I’ve ever visited! The team at Dentists of Miami Gardens will make you feel right at home. Dr. Diaz is the sweetest professional ever! She took the time to explain my images and what my treatment plan would be. I explained I was a nervous patient when it came to dental visits and she made sure to help me along the way. The office itself is pristine and so welcoming. Roxy used the newest and coolest technology for my dental images while Kathy made sure to accommodate my virtual payment method. I highly recommend putting all your dental needs into the hands of this office and staff. Amazing doctor and one of a kind experience! Thank you again Dr. Diaz !

I walked into this office around the week of Dec 6 to schedule an appointment. Loved the greet and smile from the front desk lady. Such a beautiful, nice caring woman. The office is big and beautiful inside. The front desk lady greeted me nicely answered my questions, and nicely asked me if I can give her a min let she finish up with a patient on the phone. I sat down and patiently waited. What I saw that I didn’t liked and found so rude and disrespectful was a guy with curly hair that seems to work there walked up to the lovely lady on the phone asking her to complete something and forgot that I was even sitting down waiting for the lovely lady. Mind u , the lady was on the phone working the entire time. It’s the way he was talking to her is what got to me. Seems like he is the manager base on what I over herd. He never acknowledged me at all, his entire energy was off and negative towards the front desk lady that he forgot I was sitting down close to the desk that I can hear everything. I felt so bad for the way he treated and talked to her. I just didn’t like his negative energy at all. So after he walked off, I got up and walked out. It might sound stupid to some but if I am going to spend money with you, I need to be treated with respect and if he can’t treat his own employee with respect who I’m I. The front desk lady was so sweet and respectful and I thank her. Everything was going great until that guy with the curly hair walked up to the front with his disrespect and no manners. I just wished I had got her name. Thank u lovely front desk lady.
