I have a surfing accident and chipped my front 4 teeth. ASAP got me scheduled for the very next day! The customer service was fantastic! My dentist took her time shaping my teeth. They look better now than they did before I chipped them!! Crazy and awesome!!

First off an actual person answered the phone not a machine, so right off the bat they are better than all the other dentist offices I tried to get into. They fit me in that day and everyone behind the counter to the general dentist and the oral surgeon I saw were very friendly and professional.

I really need a oral surgeon the care n return calls r thru a call center yet have I received a bill asking for detail n sent to my address still haven't received paid grand total n borrowed that it was 5250? May 25th never got but a message 26 I need call..the oral surgeon was Dr Martin I was sent over from asap told a oral surgeon there pd but he stated couldn't n Jeff set very nice for asap Atlantic n stated give this paperwork n u won't pay this twice..front desk wasn't concerned n when they said I was being charged I asked office to call didn't ..n staff said busy ..just terrible ..they didn't mine sending a message to contact them over balance n call center has called several times requesting I want a bill..still waiting ..I was told total n pd by ck ..I can't imagine maybe I should of wrote paid n full I don't feel I owe the oral surgeon told me cost n check write. Please would of like to co continue service I liked the Dr...but I have nothing to say front desk .I can't blame call center she was working from home handling north east FL sending messages. This is another request a copy of bill .n never a follow up n ..if see him certain days pay see him this Wednesday or wait a month f/up ..What Happen About the pt.n get I keep getting a out of area code to make arrangements..No Clue .. Management would be nice to have this resolved..i don't want to see this office ..If I'm Only A Number ..I was referred from asap 103st. ..the same day appt 200 pm I Stared 900 am regular dentist n told oral at 103 u pay up front before u go back n pay..crazy.. ...
