The only redeeming quality was the receptionist. She was very friendly and helpful. However, even with dental insurance, they wanted between $3000 and $5000 dollars. In order to treat a tooth. Choices were root canal or extraction. They might be friendly and knowledgeable, but their prices are a HUGE ripoff.
Update: the receptionist chafed is into parking lot saying we needed to pay an additional $21 for an “extra” x-ray. We were then informed that we owed an additional $45. In total we paid $175 for the doctor to tell us that he can’t help unless we pay $3k-$5k more.

Went there over a week ago for pain involving a wisdom tooth. Told them that I wanted it out and even called ahead of time to make sure I could get some sort of sedation. They said yes, it would be mild sedation. When I got there, I was there for about an hour and 1/2, only to get xrays and told that I was being referred to an oral surgeon. They then told me they would call me back no later than 2 days to go over pricing and have an oral surgeon come to their office. I have yet to hear anything.... also, I told them that I have a fear of dentists, yet they made me wait for over an hour just to tell me it's not getting pulled that day. The only good thing about it was the guy who took my xrays.

I have been here twice now, and it has been a great experience both times. Friendly staff, clean environment. When I had difficulty with the bill, I was able to go through the financing process and be approved right there in the office so I could get my treatment. They do everything there, emergency and regular maintenence. Great place.

I Love Dr Roos💜💜💜On my first visit he listened to my concerns and dental phobias, and made sure I was comfortable before beginning any dental procedures. His staff is also professional and very friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone, but especially to those with dental fears.
