Higgins Dental is just top-notch for me. Everyone in the office is very accommodating and attentive to all their customers' needs. Unlike other clinics I've been to, I never had to dread my dental appointments. It's sad I cannot take them with me when I moved inter-state. Needless to say, I would definitely recommend them (and already have) to all my friends and those who are in need of a great Dental service in the Jacksonville, Florida area.

Theeeeee best dental office I have stepped foot in since moving to Jacksonville! Everyone was super friendly, nice and patient! The office was very clean. But the biggest plus was the cost was the best prices I’ve ever seen very reasonable! Love this place glad to say I’ve found my new favorite dentist!

Was seen for wisdom teeth extraction for 4 impacted teeth. During my consultation I was told the procedure would not be a problem and I would be given gas to make me comfortable and I would most likely not even remember it happening. I was also prescribed Valuum to take prior to the procedure. After undergoing a 3 hour procedure of only receiving multiple novocaine shots, as though I was having a cavity filled and unfortunately being very aware of what was happening the entire time, I was told that only one tooth was going to be extracted that day and I would have to come back for the other teeth. I experienced intense pain throughout the entire procedure, and a large amount of bleeding. I was never spoken to by Mr. Higgins himself following the procedure. It was as if he disappeared after he told me that he was stopping the procedure. When I went in 5 days later to have my stitch removed, I was told my gums were extremely inflamed and infected. I did not eat solid foods, use a straw, smoke or do anything I was told not do to following my appointment. I rinsed my mouth with warm salt water 6-7 times a day and routinely iced my jaw every hour, per their instructions, yet was still not healing efficiently. I was given a prescription for amoxicillin that was signed by Mr. Higgins; however, I never actually saw him during that visit. He never checked on my now infected mouth nor cared to even ask how I was doing after a pretty terrible procedure. Absolutely no professional courtesy. What I was told by Mr. Higgins was that wisdom teeth extraction is a very common, fairly easy procedure. This has now turned into a 2-3 weeks process of two surgeries, multiple prescriptions and an infected mouth. Unfortunately I failed to research more qualified, publicly recommended oral surgeons before scheduling my appointment with this facility. I know this review will quickly be deleted from your site, which just further shows your level of unbelievable absence of professionalism.

I've always been scared of going to the dentist. The girls here really made me relaxed enough to sit in the chair. Dr. Higgins also explained everything every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable. Love this place
