Usually my teeth work is fine but the technician this time yanked out my bottom retainer bar by trying to take the easy way while flossing and try to slide the floss under the bar. And then after it happened she just went "oops that's not supposed to happen, go to an orthodontist". I am absolutely livid, no responsibility was taken.

The doctors and staff are great! The location is convenient and I like that they have TVs in the treatment rooms, HGTV, as it cuts down on the silence due to not being able to have a conversation while your teeth are being cleaned. The only thing that could be bumped up a notch is the time it takes to get someone on the phone, but they do offer a callback option.
