Make sure that if you have an appointment scheduled that you answer that call to confirm or by text message from this location because your appointment will be canceled if you don’t!!!! I Had an appointment for a cleaning today, came in for my appointment and I was told that if I did not confirm that my appointment would automatically be canceled. I can’t believe how they can run a business without giving a patient at least a 15 minute grace period if they did not confirm the appointment to arrive before they even cancel an appointment. Not everyone has a phone and not everyone is obligated to answer a call nor reply thru there automatic confirmation text message they sent out. Today the receptionist told me that a few people 4 to be exact did not confirm and did not show up today for their appointment. Super unprofessional to share that with me. For some reason that became another ones problem. You guys should change that because there are people that don’t have devices and there are people that are working and cannot answer their device. Patients look forward to there appointments but there are many other dentistry to go to so I will not sweat the small things. For your office to cancel someone’s appointment because they did not confirm is bad business. I will not be coming back. This is ridiculous!!!

I was referred to this dental practice by a friend, and my initial experience was positive because I was able to get an appointment on the same day for a painful dental issue. The staff was very courteous, and the painless surgical procedure done by Dr Patel was a plus 😄!
