Since having been in the military since I was 17 I never had to worry about dental care and it’s costs since the Army always paid 100% of any kind of health care. Lutz Family Dentistry is the second place I’ve been too for dental care and it was by far the best experience I’ve had outside of TriCare/ VA facilities. I was not prepared for the costs of dental care, it was much more than I ever expected. Ms. Sharon and Ms. Nicole at the front desk went above and beyond in explanation of costs and care details, they were able to find ways to lower my out of pocket costs while I wait on my dental insurance through work to go into effect. I had to go three different times on an “emergency” basis for an extremely painful tooth/gum infection and they squeezed me in those very same mornings, I was able to get antibiotics and pain control medications immediately. I basically called and they told me to come in. I waited less than 15 minutes to see the doctor, create a care plan and schedule future appointments. There are so many reasons why LFD will always be my go-to for anything dental related. This place is by far the best in the business as far as I’m concerned. If I could give ten stars I would. LFD is the place to be for anything dental related.

Had an exceptional experience here! My 9 year old daughter was checked and treated here. Even though she had to get a tooth extracted, she did not feel any pain or discomfort from start to finish. The doctor and staff were very kind and professional and made sure my daughter felt comfortable at all times. Also the office itself is very clean and you can definitely tell they are very diligent with sanitizing which is especially important now with Covid. I would highly recommend this office.

I met Dr. Patel today for the first time for what I thought was a potential cavity bc of the pain, turns out it’s a massive TMJ flair. She went above and beyond to be sure I was scheduled with a TMJ specialist before I left her office - Her staff called & called until we got confirmation. I scheduled with her office bc of online reviews so don’t hesitate if you’re on the fence about looking for a new dentist…Dr Patel is the one!
