Would give 5 stars if the customer service was harmonious to their location and amenities. The location physically is beautiful and appears well kept in cleanliness. The doctor was quick and polite in attending service. Main concern is front desk reception. Upon arrival of my appointment the receptionists took 8minutes simply to address me; when they could clearly see me patiently standing and waiting. Even if it would have been busy hours, it only takes a couple seconds to greet someone hello and ask them to wait momentarily. I wrapped up my visit with a staff member named ileana whom was not as stand-off as the front desk but rather knowledgeable and kind in her service. Would recommend location to those seeking dentistry. Highly recommend Ethan Gross for his work; as I am resistant to most sedations and he made my experience comfortably relaxed.
