Normally I have a wonderful time and can’t complain about the office; today I waited 40minutes before being called back and the hygienist that called me back didn’t call me by my name but mispronounced my name I corrected her and she got upset that I corrected her and I told her that normally people are happy when they are corrected cuz they didn’t know how to say the person name, she then continues to mispronounce my name! I felt completely dismissed and disrespected my name isn’t that hard for god sakes I’m named after a famous singer known world wide!

Updated Visit, I got right into see the doc and the staff were very friendly.

My first visit was good and the Dentist and staff were polite, so I brought my kids. One of my two sons had trouble sitting still so the doctor wanted to refer him out. My second appointment they had the building fire system tested which was painfully loud.
The staff are friendly and kind, unfortunately I showed up today for a 2:30pm and didn't get my son into the chair until an HOUR later! We are Still waiting to actually see the dentist and the time is 3:35pm.
Its a little frustrating when the Dentist has a $100 fee for a no show but can start and hour late.
I wish the staff would have called me to let me know she was running way behind so I could reschedule. They asked me at the hour late mark so that wasn't to helpful.
Thats what drove a three star rating.
Clean location, friendly staff, but logistics needs work.
I HIGHLY recommend that if you choose this location you call before you show up to check the status of your appointment or you might be spending your whole afternoon at the dentists office.

It was my first time here. My mother has been a regular at the Pembroke Pines location and referred me to this dentistry.
I always hated the dentist, I have issues with my jaw that most would ignore or would be a little rough when cleaning my teeth. This office, doctor, and her staff completely made me feel comfortable with coming to the dentist. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very nice and gentle. she always checked in to see if I was okay, and she understood the limitations of my jaw. It was an amazing experience to have at the one place i used to hate, and i completely recommend this to everyone.

Excellent Service! Comfortable and calming office. Very courteous staff and office manager! The office manager (Ivan) carefully explained all of the options, and what was best for me both from a practical and economical perspective. Dr Gonzalez was very professional, on time, and took the time to explain the procedure and my specific needs, answering any questions, that I had at the time.

Evelyn helped answer all my questions before my appt, Leisy did an amazing job at cleaning my teeth gave me great advice on how to maintain it. front desk and assistant made me feel at ease and comfy. the office is clean and has a very modern nice look.
