Dr. Faryal Hussain has to be one of the most professional dentists I have ever met in my 40 years on earth. Not only is she knowledgeable but she is a caring human being. My new dentist for life!

Went for a teeth cleaning. Set an appointment and filled out lots of paperwork. They did a full panel of X-rays pretty quickly and did a pano X-ray too which is good.
Then......the sales begin. Someone comes in and tells you how much everything is going to be to clean your teeth and make any changes you might want to your teeth. Kinda normal but then when they see you aren’t thrilled another person comes in and knocks off 30-50% on the services. It felt like a car sales process so I just left. They never called back after weeks have gone by so pretty sure I was just a number and they’ll work for easier sales from someone else.

Today I came as a new patient to Naples modern dentistry and I have to say, this is the first office that has ever cared and tied in my medical health with my oral health. All my life I have been going to dentists that have focused on fixing broken teeth or cosmetics but never my gum and bone health, today dr hussain took the time to show me my x rays and how my deep pockets affected by bone level. And how my bone level and bacteria affects my high blood pressure and diabetes. I never knew a dentist would care about my overall health, I even did an oral dna analysis to see what types of bacteria I have in my mouth which then after the cleaning will recheck to see how those bacteria have died. Dr hussain and her assistant gave me a folder with all the educational information on periodontitis, after reading and educating myself I feel so thankful for meeting this doctor and staff. It’s easy to believe what you want to hear but hard to open your mind to what is reality. Thank you Naples modern dentistry and dr for really changing my mindset and treating me like a full human and not just a broken tooth to fix. Open your mind people!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
No matter who goes there in my family for cleanings, they get turned away while being told they need a more expensive cleaning which is NOT covered by insurance..
These up charges have been anywhere from 320.00 to nearly 1,000.00
My son went today 2/12/21 for a cleaning, only to be confused and scared by the dentist telling him he needed a 500.00 cleaning that they’d do for 329.00.
Luckily my son didn’t accept and came home.
When I called to inquire as to why this pattern keeps occurring,
The woman Jezzabelle told me “ I really don’t give a damn how you feel, go elsewhere and have your teeth fall out”!
Totally unprofessional and borderline criminal!

Dr. Hussain and staff are absolutely wonderful
and extremely gifted in their craft of dentistry.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. The office's technology is also truly modern. I build dental offices for a living.

Went to this office due to Covid-19 with severe lower right side pain. They refused to do a root canal until I had a CBCT scan which they do not offer? I had to find another practice to get this done and of course insurance does not cover this. At first they seemed nice, but then billed thousands of dollars for services that have not been provided, namely a bridge. My husband receives at least 10 calls a day from their Smiles Generation billing. The staff seems nice, but disappear when we have questions about billing, pain, etc. This is the worst, inadequate, uncaring, unprofessional dentist office I have ever experienced. Dr. Hussain seems nice, but is just a greedy snake with an attitude problem. I will most likely have to retain a lawyer to handle their INCOMPETENCIES.

This place did the wisdom teeth extraction for my daughter which actually went quite well. My problem is with the billing department. They were supposed to send all of the information to my insurance company for us to get reimbursed and never did. Between my wife and I, we have left AT LEAST 8-9 messages and no one EVER calls us back. This has been going on for 3-4 months now. Meanwhile we are paying invoices that we are getting from the Care Credit they insisted we use at the time of the procedure. Now I know why. They got their money and that's all they care about. At this point, even when and if we are able to speak to someone in this ridiculously unprofessional billing department, I will have no confidence they will actually follow through with what they have to do. Its not hard to call patients back. Its really not. It's pretty simple. DO YOUR JOB! Disappointing.........

Went to a few places to see where i can get my bridge came to this office and immediately felt comfortable they gave me lots of different options and helped guide me in making the most best decision for myself and they got me in for an appointment right away, all the other offices had brushed me off for a month to wait for an appointment
