This place is like walking into a Used Car Dealership. They refuse to accept the contracted rate from the insurance company. And refuse to submit a pre-authorization. Constantly trying to overcharge me when they are supposed to accept the contracted rate from insurance company.

Absolutely excellent facility, professional service from the entire staff with a step by step process explaining your dental maintenance.I was impressed with there concern and interest to improve the patients dental care. Additionally, the facility set the standard for cleanliness, it is immaculate. Highly recommended.

Be careful to check your explanation of benefits. They are charging $76 for oral hygiene insteuction the insurance isnt coveraging and $90 for fluoride after you turn it down.
This office told me my night guard qas $320. It was $185. The rest were the charges the insurance didnt cover. Why do I need oral hygiene instruction. Isn't that part of a cleaning.
