So I am on vacation, a long road trip from New York to Naples, and I have been avoiding the pain in my lower tooth until it has become unbearable. This morning I called an office that was recommended by my dentist office back in New York, but they were unable to accommodate me. I then did a web search for local dentists and came across good reviews for Park Family Dental.
This was very last minute, and Tiffany at the reception, did her best to squeeze me in. When I got there, I was so impressed with the office, if you even want to call it that. It was more like a home. Everyone was so friendly. I was given a brief tour around, by Erin who was at the front desk, and then was introduced to Catalina, who ended up being the assistant for Dr. Campbell, who I was seeing. The rooms were so beautiful, you would never know you were in a medical environment. The views from many of the rooms are also beautiful, overlooking a pond and lush gardens. Anyway, it turns out, as I figured, I needed a root canal. Dr. Campbell and Catalina were awesome. I was very pleased with them. They were friendly, entertaining, and made a great team. They seem to genuinely care about their patients. When we get our home here, they will definitely be our family’s dentists. Heck I’ll even fly back here to see them ha ha ha.

Park Family Dentistry is the best. Dr Long is exceptional. He came in on Easter Sunday to take care of an emergency for my husband. And Kim is the only hygienist my husband will see. We moved out of state for 2 years and we drove back to Naples for our dental care. No other hygienist has ever been as careful or thorough as Kim. My husband is very anxious when he visits the dentist. Kim takes extra special care of him. If you can get in with her you will very fortunate.

My hygienist Linda did an AMAZING job! I feel like I went to school for tooth health and life all within my time spent with her. She goes above and beyond and truly cares for her job, and it shows in the work she does! Thank you Park Family for providing amazing doctors and hygienists!

The best dental office I’ve ever been to.
Dr. Campbell was so knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything to me and making everything stress free. His assistant James was amazing- so kind and so friendly. The hygienist Alissa was the sweetest most welcoming person and took the time to do a phenomenal job on my cleaning. 10/10 recommend!

Loved my hygienist Linda who did a great job and for once I didn’t feel pain from my cleaning. Will definitely be going back to her for my next maintenance as she is amazing. Also Dr. Long took care of a chipped tooth so professionally that I don’t even know I have a filling. This office is the best dental practice!

From the time I walked into the practice until leaving out the front door, I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism. The front office staff are great and the quick tour as a new patient made me feel comfortable. When transitioning from one room or building the staff always guided never leaving me guessing where to go as a new patient. The assistants and orthodontist were friendly and answered all of my questions making me at ease. The view from the exam chair wasn’t bad either (open window and view of the water). Great atmosphere! Best dental office I've ever been to. Everyone there is great. I'm completely satisfied with all the work that has been done to my teeth over the years through these guys. Saw a different hygienist there today named Ayleen. She was really great and thorough in cleaning my teeth. This is the best dental office in town!

I scheduled a first-time appointment for a cleaning with Park F & C Dentistry. The staff was helpful from the start. Once seated in a room, the assistant, Abby, who did my initial work (x-rays, photos) was kind, accurate, and efficient in her work. Dr. Mouritsen evaluated my dental needs quickly, asked questions and listened to answers, and had a good manner.
My hygienist, Linda, was kind and effective as well. She offered good advice on future dental care.
One thing that was less than desirable was one of the “on your way out staff” had put some of my needed paperwork in the “to shred” bin, but it was saved by the other office worker. She likely was being absent-minded.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my treatment at Park Family and Cosmetic Dentistry.

I cannot say enough about my first visit and great experience at Park Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. Had several issues to talk about and discuss, so I admit to say that I was nervous. All changed. Met with Dr. Long and his assistant Alejandra, after that, I met with Dr. Rua and his assistant Abby. They all took the necessary time to discuss my case even if it was late on the day. They all made me feel like in heaven and I left with a big smile. I will have several more visits coming up and I can't wait! Thank you all for showing me that you really care!!
