Creekside Park Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

I went to a couple dentists in the area and was happy to get my first two crowns put in at this office. Drs Anton are very good and the hygienist I met were very experienced and pleasant to work with.
For crowns they are amazing because the make them in house and you can get it all done in one visit.
They have a great facility as well.
Regarding price, there are cheaper and more expensive options, but when dealing with your health it is most important to do it right.
I was happy to pay and the price was more than fair.
I highly recommend.

Hands down best dental experience I’ve ever had. I went in feeling very uneasy about some work I needed done but everything about my experience was wonderful. Great staff, exceptional dentist, if you are looking for a place for your family this is it!

Absolutely poor customer service. I was notified the day before the appointment to verify insurance at 4:54pm. I immediately called the office. No one answered because they had closed for the day. No big deal, called the morning of the appointment to verify insurance for them to tell me “We are out of network with them. Did no one tell you that?” I decided to go ahead with the appointment because we have been waiting for this appointment since moving here in March of 2022!!

Then, I get a text the day of at 11:05am with an appointment at 1:00pm. Less than two hours before my appointment saying no one can accompany the patient. I have a 3 year old that is not in daycare, I have no option but to bring her with me. So, I show up at the appointment, after being called to the back the hygienist turns me away because my baby is with me. Mind you the receptionist that checked me in never said ANYTHING!!

This is NOT a family friendly practice. The lack of communication about insurance and office policies are a huge inconvenience and I would not recommend the practice based on my front office experience!!

If this is a Covid precaution those things should have been stated when the appointment was made over 6 months ago. Not two hours before the confirmed appointment.

Creekside Park Family Dental gets five stars from me! The staff is very friendly and Dr. Susan Anton was very thorough and explained my x-rays in a way that's clear and understood. I've found my dentist home.

Do not get any major dental work done with Dr. Angela Anton. She performed two root canals and both failed; one after 3 1/2 years and the other one after 4 1/2. I've had dental work done by other dentists last at least 15 years.

At one of my cleanings I was told I had a big infection and that the solution was two root canals. To this day I question how I developed such a big infection in six months when I was under there care? I don't smoke, do cleanings twice a year, floss and brush twice a day, do not drink sugary beverages or eat candy, and am not diabetic.

I tried to get help from Dr. Anton when my first root canal molar fell off. My new dentist suggested I go see her hoping she would help me, but that ended up being a waste of time and just another opportunity for Dr. Anton to make money off me since her office charged my visit to the insurance; all she did was check the poor job she had previously done, and ironically, referred me to get a bone graft and come back to her for the crown.

Dr. Anton, your bad work has left me without two molars; now I am not a candidate for implants, and it has cost me money. I did not go to your office for a cosmetic job, it was medically necessary to fix my molars. You are profiting off people like me who need good dental solutions. You should have sent me to a specialist since you are not a good endodontist (or you're simply a general dentist who does not know how to do root canals well). Most dentists I have visited since then have raised eyebrows when they hear that your work failed so soon. Shame on you and your dental office. You are doing a huge disservice to patients who come to your office seeking quality care and remedies for their dental health.

This is a totally honest review of my experience with Dr. Angela Anton and her office. I am sure they will try to refute or remove this review but I am not lying and feel it is important to warn those who may consider this practice for their dental needs.Too many dentists see patients as opportunities to milk our insurance and wallets. Worst of all, when they do a poor job, they always blame the patient to avoid responsibility.

I absolutely love the team (more like family) here at Creekside Park Family and Cosmetic Dentistry! Not only is the staff courteous and attentive, they truly care about their patients. They greet everyone by name and put the needs of their patients first. It's always clean and the reception area is beautiful (LOVE the decor!). If you need a caring and competent dentist, I recommend this place!

I am a 69 year old Black lady. I went to Creekside Dental for lower Dentures. Dentist Christopher Anton
Gave me a consultation. He did a lot of Puffing and boasting. I booked an appointment and paid cash for the Dentures. I received my Dentures. They didn’t fit and, this was bad enough. This wasn’t my first pair of dentures so I knew adjustments would help. After 13 visits they are much better. My main problem is the Denture were darker than the top. Extremely noticeable. I discussed this with the dentist, his solution was in THREE YEAR they would turn colors. I was so disappointed he didn’t offer another solution. He actually stop seeing me but in his defense he told his assistant to ask if I wanted to see him. I have never Summoned any medical personal and wasn’t starting with Anton

I like the place and people but good luck getting an appointment in less than 4 months.
