Dr. Caputo and his assistant were simply amazing!
From childhood I have had a permanent tetracycline stain. I have been so ashamed of my teeth for years. Rarely have I been to the dentist because I was always made fun of or humiliated because of my teeth. In the past when going to the dentist, the assistants would talk about me when they thought I couldn't hear them.
Not here!!!
Everyone in the office was amazing!
Dr. Caputo made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed to be there.

So far I'm impressed had 3 extractions on my way to a partial & good looking mouth again. I've had quite a few extractions in my 60 years & he's the best at it of all the different dentists I've seen . Nice people too.

I had a scheduled cleaning. As I went through the barrage of showing my license, signing this doing this whatever I finally got back to the dental hygienist. He was professional and did a very good job on my teeth. What I disagree with is the bill. A cleaning is $110 I was asked to accept a bill for $322 which included a dentist review and x-rays. I was in there for cleaning not the rest of the stuff. It had been a while since I had X-rays but I was not told this prior to the visit either at my last cleaning or in the numerous emails I received to make sure I got there and never canceled the appointment. I do not have dental insurance so three times the original cost was a bit of a shock. Plain and simple you need to disclose prior to a visit if you were doing add-ons to that visit. I am not going back to this particular dental facility.
