Radiant Dentistry

I had to have an emergency extraction done and they were able to work me into their schedule asap. Dr. Williams and his team were very thorough with explaining treatment options and making sure I was doing okay throughout the entire procedure. I would highly recommend Radiant Dentistry to anyone who has anxiety about dental work looking for a pleasant experience at a dentist's office.

Staff were wonderful, I brought my daughter to my appt and everyone was very accommodating. The doctor is very kind and informative. Great, comfortable environment, I would recommend Radient Dentistry to anyone.

It started with the phone call. Speaking with the gentleman on the phone was a delight. Filling out the paperwork online was a breeze. Great location and easy to get to. The assistant and hygienist were very pleasant and efficient, letting me know what they were doing and why every step of the way. Dr Williams was very knowledgeable and reassuring. He informed me of all of my options and set me at ease with a plan that can be pursued at my own pace. I am actually looking forward to returning and making my smile radiant again!

As a whole Radiant Dentistry is phenomenal and it all comes down to the individuals that work there so I would feel bad leaving this review as just a "Yeah this is my best dental experience so far" so I would like to go over what makes this place so different to me and that is it's staff.

Dr. Williams:
This guy managed to get out a partial tooth two other dentists couldn't get out like it was nothing. Not just that but he didn't seem to try to go as fast as possible to get it done. Generally when at a dentist they seem to always be rushing which always worries me. I didn't feel it from him.

Desiree:
Although I feel absolutely horrible I didn't bother to get hydrated before my appointment she managed to draw enough blood from me which is miraculous in itself considering usually people give up drawing blood from me when I am dehydrated, I once made a former combat medic lose it saying I should be dead if he couldn't get blood. She also clearly laid out what insurance was going to cover and what I would have to pay for and does an awesome job managing that office.

Parker:
Absolutely wonderful to be around and has a calming, charming, and delightful demeanor. She makes the awkward picture moments less awkward and helps make you feel more at home in the office.

Oreana:
I saved the best for last. In my career I spend a lot of time with nerds and when you run into someone that is oozing in passion for what they do it rubs off. Oreana is a dental medicine nerd and I mean this in a very kind way. I have no idea if they are studying to become a dentist or dental surgeon but the only reason I would stop going to Radiant is if Oreana became a dentist and opened her own practice. When I had questions she gave me a fire hose of information that you could tell they were genuinely excited to give me a bone graft and put an implant in me.
Not to mention they stopped by on my follow up to see if I was in pain.
I wouldn't be shocked if I found out Oreana was looking forward to see how my mouth healed all week to see how the surgery went not just because she cares about patients but because she is curious on the job she did.

Radiant dentistry is good enough that I would still go here if I moved to Tampa

Wonderful staff and experience. I felt welcomed the moment I walked in and at home, which can sometimes be difficult to do for an urgent new dental appointment. Radiant Dentistry was accommodating to the urgency and flexible with my work schedule. Dr Williams’s empathy and expertise was evident and I chose to continue my dental care needs with them.

To start off, what a beautiful and clean office.
Secondly, I went in for dental work and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Front desk was very welcoming, the assistant was the sweetest and Dr. Williams was very helpful. Although I have had good experiences in the past, I have to say this was the BEST! I do not have dental anxiety, but the assistant, as well as Dr. Williams, made me feel at ease and comfortable the entire duration of the appointment. I appreciated how they periodically checked in with me to make sure I was doing OK; just as one should with an individual who is skeptical about visiting a dentist. They thoroughly explained what was going to be done in a manner that a young child could understand and answered any of the questions I had. On top of the professional and friendly staff, the work by Dr. Williams was top notch, with no pain or discomfort. I recommend this office to everyone.
If you are in need of finding a new dental office, this is the one.
If I could give this office more than 5 stars, I would!!

My previous dentist retired and rather than accept the replacement dentist, decided to search for someone new. Several factors caused me to choose Radiant that I would like to share. First, I noticed from their website that Dr. Williams offered many services. From past experience I prefer not having to go to a specialist for every service. In my case, he did two wisdom teeth extractions and a crown, which was done on the same visit. Dr. Williams was very good at explaining the options available to me. Though the procedures took time, it sure beat making several visits to get the same result. In my opinion he did a great job. Also, his staff was very knowledgeable, as well as concerned and caring. The staff answered a lot of my questions and offered helpful direction. Also, I hardly spent any time in the waiting area. Finally, would like to mention they offered an in house savings plan, that provided some savings. When I first called Heather explained the costs of several services, which I appreciated. Usually when you call a dentist, you get evasive answers, so I liked the up front approach. All in all, a great experience and I would highly recommend Radiant.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE YOU CAN HAVE AT THE DENTIST! Let me just say WOW!! The girls up front are super sweet and welcoming. The assistants make you feel comfortable, and were very informative during my whole appointment,. Dr.Williams is truly a one of a kind dentist, he takes his time with his patients and compassionately cares about your oral Health and takes the time with you to actually explains your treatment. I am so happy I have found Radiant Dentistry, I will definitely recommend to everyone. You guys rock!!!

I wanted to share that my visit was the best from the time I went in with the staff until I left. I had a broken tooth and they were so good with me and making sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Dylan I have to say is the Bomb. He even called me the next day to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything to please call. I have always been nervous at the dentist but I had the best care from all the staff and dentist

Very clean environment, respectful staff whom are very friendly and listen to your needs well and have excellent patience answering questions. Great at getting you in as quickly as possible and flexible. Dentist does great work and definitely checks on you every step of the way making sure you are comfortable. Dillion at the desk is very good at keeping you up to date on appointment times and return phone calls/ text. You will receive a check up via phone the day after you have anything done at the office and help is offered out if you need anything or just simply have any concerns. ☺️
