I just don't think I can every say enough positive things about my experiences with Dr. Batta and all the members of the office. I've been a patient for nearly 15 years and I still do not mind the drive from my home to their office which is about 20 to 25 minutes, passing numerous other dental offices. Dr. Batta, Dr. Borrero, and all of the staff have a kind and patient manner about them at all times. I don't forsee seitching dentists as long as their practice is in existence.

After being to couple of dentists, I was not sure if I would ever get my dental problems fixed. Being new to Orlando added the challenge to find a new dentist too!!! I had noticed Family Dentistry couple of times and immediately looked it up and read the reviews and with a hope that I would get the right treatment I just walked in with an appointment. I am GLAD that I took the courage to make this decision and I just at last feel I have the RIGHT dentist after a real long time. Dr. Batta heard all my concerns, he patiently explained to me what needs to be done to prevent further damage on my tooth problems. I have had two sittings and I am really at comfort that I am at the right place and right doctor! Also to mention the friendly staff, thanks to the entire team.

As always the treatment I received from Dr. Borrero it was beyond my expectations. He is the best.
However, the billing part it was another story. I being waiting for the dental waiting period for over 2-3 months for my procedure (dental crown). I was giving a specific deductible price for the last 2-3 months by the billing department. I had triple check my deductible amount which was 50%. I was prepared to coved the 50% of the given amount. Suddenly, at the check out that amount was increased. The lady at the front desk explained that the amount had change due to the dental plan have down rate my procedure. I might understand that. However, the initial cost (before insurance) should have stay the same. It's not fair to jump the price on a procedure. Specially when I was given my payment portion amount 3 times by the staff. At this point I am about to get my final crown and the needed mouth guard, in which I was also already quote and yesterday I was also informed I need to pay more for that too, some where else. I hate to see another doctor other that Dr. Borrero. But I even hate more when I being gave a amount and you tried to charge me more.

I called when I lost a filling, they got me in same day and within 2 hours I was out of there. They immediately replaced my filling and found the tooth was cracked. They fixed that as well. I have no pain at all today. I have been going to this office for 3 years and have no complaints!

Family Dentistry Group is the right place to go for Dental Work, I am tremendously nervous of dentists but they may me feel so at ease, they have help me with several dental procedures that were needed and I am very thankful a friend recommended them. I gave it three stars because of the location and hours of operation. However the office is not as clean as I would like to see a dentist office. It feels very plain and out of date. These are very easy fixes. Clean the office better, slap some new paint on the walls and maybe hang a few happy pictures up to break up the dreary feeling.

I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. They are very professional and truly care about their patients. Also they are one of the few dentist that you don't have to take a day off work, because they have weekend hours, which is a big plus!!!
