Smile 101 Family Dentistry Near Kissimmee

I am completely disappointed in this dentist. The first thing to notice is that the place looks a bit neglected. There are not many decorations, a chair inside the clinic was rusty and the vest they put on me (for the bitewings) was cracked and the plastic was peeling. This was definitely a clue and I should have turned around at that point but I thought to stay for the whole cleaning since I was already there.

The front staff seem to have scheduling issues. They asked me to come one whole hour before the actual hygienist appointment. This, apparently, is not the first scheduling issue they have had.

The doctor himself was not very thorough and looked more at the computer than at my actual mouth and teeth and the dental hygienist was rough when flossing my teeth and doing the whole cleaning.

I wish I had something positive to say about them but sadly, this has been the worst dental practice I have been to in all my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My family and I were in our second day of our 2-weeks vacation in Orlando, the day before Christmas, when my mom just told me that her dentures snapped in two. You can imagine how desperate I was to find a dentist office open and be willing to help us that day, knowing that without help, my mom would have to live on soups and yogurt for a few days. I found this office literally by googling dentists in the area where we were staying, and after a couple of dead-end calls, I called this practice. They were absolutely fabulous, professional, and courteous. They offered us an early appointment, and after looking at the appliance, they said they can fix it, and come back in a few hours. They did an absolutely amazing job (this was not the first time this denture was broken), at a very convenient fee (especially since my mom has no dental insurance, and compared to what I have paid in the past to my dentist office in Ohio, when my mom has other issues with the dentures). I did not meet the doctor (we did not have to, since everything fit really well after they fix it, which saved us some money as well), but our experience has been very good with the entire staff, everyone being so nice and professional. We are very grateful for having called this office and thus having peace on Christmas Eve. Thank you so much!

Could not be happier! Doctor Batta and his staff were great in attending and explaining all procedures being done and why they were being done. I'm making this my family Dentis of choice. They are affordable,great customer service and dont make you feel as your being rushed on. Things happen so sometimes we alm have to be understanding and be patient! That for those who get upset when things dont go as planned. Sorry but that's life! Thanks again Family Dentiistry!

I just love Dr Batta. I do not like going to the dentist nd this office has always made it a good experience. They also are very helpful in helping you choose what you can afford to do to work with your insurance.

Every visit that I have had at the Family Dentistry has been a pleasant experience! I am always greeted pleasantly and on time! What more could you ask for? I have recommended this dental practice to many of my co-workers and family.

Dr. Batta has been my dentist for 16 years and he's a great dentist. He's very nice, and he definitely knows what he's doing, which is great! His office is filled with the latest technology, and it is always neat and clean. Dr. Batta's staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help me. If you call to make an appointment you can get an appointment right away and you don't have to be placed on hold or talk to an automated system.

I've also used Dr. Borrero in the past for his specialty. He also has a friendly personality and he knows what he's doing too!

i had a lot of dental and denture work done. while not overtly expensive ,the work needed was going to cost more than i could handle all at one time, they worked with me to set the work up to be done in stages and to meet my budget. if there is one thing i will avoid at all costs is a dentist visit. but dr. batta and the others made my experience relatively painless and i made all my appointments.
i recommend them highly and have told friends and family to give them a try.

My sister recommended Famiy Denistry in Hunters Creek. I just about gave up on finding a good dentist. I was extremely terrified of going due to some some bad experiences with other dentist in the past. In fact I put off going to the dentist for some time but now knew I couldn't put it off any longer. Dr Batta gave me a consultation. Went over everything in detail with me. Explained everything. Went back & Dr Barrero extracted two teeth. Did not feel a thing & it was quick. He is very good! I had this done just a little over 24 hrs ago. Never had any pain or discomfort since the teeth were pulled. Didn't even had to take one ibuprofen. Plus Dr Barrero went over everything before the procedure & after. The dental assistance are all nice just like the women in the front office. I cannot say one negative word about this place. I am so glad I listened to my sister. I won't go anywhere else.

Dr Batta is the" Best of The Best". Very professional and considerate, as is his staff. Been going there for at least 15 years, and can always count on him in a dental emergency to squeeze you in and fix the problem. Would not consider ever switching dentists.

I haven't been to Dentist in years, but once I started feeling pain in my wisdom teeth, I read their reviews and decided to go there. Dr. Batta, oral surgeon Dr. Borrero, front desk Louisa and staff were phenomenal. They took me in right away when I had called them 8 am that morning. My surgery was going to be a few days later since I had time off from work, at the time they had no available spots. & I didnt want to go to an oral surgeon office since I would have to pay so much more and be put to sleep. Louisa did what ever she could to get me in.. & I was sooo happy!!! When it came down to extracting all 4 of my wisdom teeth I was so nervous especially since I would be awake. However if you would ask me to do it again, I would!!!! I felt nothing, no pain at all, they were all so helpful and I'm so impressed by the level of service! Like I said before I haven't been to a dentist in years.. I am so happy I found a great one, so fast! This is the place I will be going to everytime now.. Thank you to you all!! :)
