Smiles in the Gardens Dentistry

I had been suffering for about six weeks and finally made an appointment with the friendly receptionist at "Smiles". On arrival I was greeted with friendly smiles, taken on a tour of the facilities and given a welcome present. I was relaxed and taken almost immediately for x-ray. The nurse was wonderful and explained that I needed a root canal. Within a few minutes Dr. Etheredge arrived and explained the procedure. I was sedated painlessly and Dr. Etheredge performed the first part of the root canal in about half an hour. I am 88 years old and could not believe the procedure could be carried out in such a pleasant way.

Thank you "Smiles" I am looking forward with confidence to my next appointment.

Yesterday I had the Root Canal. Dr. Watson immediately relaxed me with his personality and charm. He told me the procedure would take about one and a half to 2 hours, sedated me and with his Assistant carried out the operation painlessly and efficiently. I had slight pain in the evening and took one Tylenol for relief. Dr. Watson said there was always someone on duty 24/7 and not to hesitate to call if I had concern. I had no need to call. Thank you again for the wonderful service.

So far so good - new to the area, I had a need to find a dentist (quickly) for some wisdom tooth pain, and was more than impressed with the staff here. From the front desk (I was given a tour of the entire facility upon arrival) to how amiable and professional Dr Etheredge was. They invest in a philosophy of comfort and friendliness, and I think that's critical for any medical practice. I look forward to making them my regular dentist.

I just completed my upper veneers and Dr. Etheridge and the entire staff has been such a pleasure to work with. The results were great and i could not be more pleased. Everyone in this office is so pleasant and welcoming. My wife has been with this group for 27 years and i would highly recommend this group.

I liked their friendly staff and how they welcomed me as a new patient. They listened to me and asked how I wanted to be receive information. If I wanted a lot of information or just to the bottom line. They asked my preferences on cosmetic or function and then they didn't try to sell me services that I wasn't interested in. I recommend Smiles in the Gardens to all of my friends.

They ensure you are comfortable throughout your entire appointment and communication is at their forefront. This office personalizes and caters to each of their patients. They are also organized and thorough throughout the exam. My dentist was Dr. Maria Estrada and my dental hygienist was Stephane.

Very professional office and friendly staff. Take the time to understand your preferences, communicate info/treatment clearly and calmly, and genuinely care about your experience. They even accommodated us in an emergency the day before our trip. Best dentist experience we've ever had.

Beautiful office and friendly staff! Everyone went above and beyond to be helpful and to help us understand our options and work with our budget. Kristen Henry was awesome and made me so comfortable in her chair and made my teeth feel brand new!

I was very impressed by the operation of this practice. I was able to make an appointment online and they got me in quickly to deal with my broken tooth. I have been to a lot of medical offices in the last 5 years, and I can tell very quickly when a staff and practice are of high quality. Dr. Watson was very patient with me -I have shoulder/back issues which make it hard to get comfortable-and I also appreciated how Dr. Watson described what he was doing and prepared me for some of the more difficult parts of the procedure. Dr. Watson's dental assistant Tammy was kind and professional and we found we had a lot in common as we chatted during my visit. I've scheduled another procedure already and that is probably the best gauge of my satisfaction.

This is more than a dentist ! I can't begin to talk about how wonderful this place is, from the moment I walked in the ambiance is splendid! It was my first visit and they treated me like a VIP, the best cleaning I ever had so gentle and caring both dentist and hygienist were exceptional. I would never go to another dentist unless I move out of state they have a loyal customer for life. This is above and beyond great customer service !!!

I really had expected a lot of different things, however it was so painless and everyone was so gentle, taking xray's of my tooth was surprised to find I did not have to bit down on anything, always dislike when that part was to be done, Best experience for a dentist I have every had. Staff was so kind and gentle, don't mind going back for regular check up. thank you Dr. Etheredge and staff for taking the pain out of dentistry.
