Smiles in the Gardens Dentistry

The staff at Smiles is at the same time friendly and professional.
Years of excellent service have enabled me to develop a level of
confidence and trust with the dentist and his staff. This time I had an emergency. An old crown popped off during dinner one evening. I made a call to the dentist and spoke to the on call who happened to be Dr. Watson (not my usual dentist). He fit me in to his schedule at 7:00 AM the next morning. I had a great experience that resulted in refitting my old crown back into place.

First of all the staff is incredible from the time you check in through check out. Julianne assisted me at the front desk and she was all smiles and very helpful. Nicole was the hygienist who did my cleaning. She was thorough, fast and kind and didn't hurt me once. She also listened to me when I told her about a situation I was having in my mouth and handled it perfectly. Dr. Shry is great. I've been using him for too many years to remember. He has treated my whole family, my 4 children, who are now grown and me, who will keep going to him even after he retires. He addressed the issue in my mouth and made me feel calm and took away what I was concerned about. He did my exam that would have been done after my cleaning at that time so that when my cleaning was done I was free to go. Check out was easy as well and I signed up for a special package for my cleanings and my crowns that I scheduled. If you are looking for a dentist stop looking and call Smiles in the Gardens, you can't go wrong here. Thank you all at this office.

When you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome by the young woman at the front desk (I feel bad, I cannot remember her name - she is expecting) is extremely nice. She provided a tour of the entire facility and offered me water, coffee and tea.

The staff is extremely informative and kind.

I would like to specifically mention Freda and Dr. Watson - they were great! Super friendly.

I am an extremely nervous dental patient and have had numerous dental experiences throughout the years, mostly bad. My first cleaning at Smiles in the Gardens was truly the most comfortable and delightful dental experience I’ve ever had. Every step of the way I was taken excellent care of. Kam welcomed me when I arrived and immediately put me at ease. She even checked on me after my cleaning was finished. Ashlea was my hygienist and can I just say that she is perfection. She was so kind to this very scared and anxious woman. She talked me through each step, she took the time to really get to know me and she really heard my concerns. Dr. Etheridge could not have been kinder and warmer. He also understood my nerves and immediately made me feel at ease. While the dentist will never be my favorite place to go at least I know I’ve found a place that will welcome me each time and take good care of me! Thank you to everyone at Smiles in the Gardens!

Dr.Schry was patient and understanding, answered all of my questions and put me at ease. His professionalism and obvious high level of competence allowed me to relax knowing I could trust him to do the extensive work necessary to save my cracked "showcase teeth" (his term for the two top front teeth). His assistant, Freda, was also very reassuring and patient. She seemed to genuinely care that I be satisfied with my temporary crowns and demonstrated her high level of skill and experience in working to achieve that. I can highly recommend Smiles in the Gardens without any hesitation.

Great staff at Smiles at the Garden, very welcoming atmosphere. I have been a patient of Dr. Watson and Maggie (Hygienist), I've had extensive work done from having a gap between my top and bottom teeth resolved, to surgical implantation's. Their professionalism and bedside manner has been exemplary.

I have been with Dr. Watson for a long time. I can't imagine going to another dentist. The office staff at Smiles is efficient and welcoming. The medical staff are far beyond wonderful. A great place to go for all your dentistry needs. Maggie is my dental hygienist. Both Dr. Watson and Maggie have infinite patience.

I have been going to Dr Schry since 2011 and it has always been a great experience and how many patients brag about a great experience at the dentist? The staff is great and Nicole always does the semi-annual cleanings. No complaints there. Love Frieda but everytime I see her, that means another crown so I hope I never see her again! Great crew, efficient office routine and I love the York peppermint patties at the checkout office. Peppermint patties at a dental office, keep them in stock! Hats off to everyone there, even though I don't know all your names.

For most people who haven't seen a dentist in a while, it's due to the fear of what they are about to encounter. Whether it's anxiety of what they are going to be told, or the pain they are about to receive. The staff at Smiles at the Gardens was that of a 5 star resort. How can "we" make you more comfortable. They were understanding and were totally focused on making it the best (most comfortable) experience possible. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

It's always a pleasure to visit Smiles in the Gardens! My hygienist, Maggie, is the best! She always has a blanket for me to use during my cleanings and she always remembers personal details about me to ask on every visit. Dr. Watson is also always great! I've been seeing him since I was in 2nd grade. He's very honest and personable, and I still enjoy seeing him after all these years.
