I had an awesome experience at Dedicated Dental Group. The staff was polite and very helpful. Hardly any wait to be seen. I was taken in right away by my assistant Kathy who was nice, funny, and a great personality. She got me prepared to see Dr. Nudel who was doing two crowns on me. Dr. Nudel was very polite, comforting and professional. I could tell that Dr. Nudel and Kathy worked well together and my experience was very relaxing. Like I said before I had two crowns and my permanent crowns were made right in the office. No temporaries and need for a follow-up to get my permanent crowns. I highly recommend this dental office. Just awesome!!

So today I had a apt at 4 however I had a emergency and had to rush to the er … I called to cancel and reschedule and I believe her name was Tanya not sure don’t quote me but she said I was gonna be charged a 75$ fee to cancel I asked to speak to the owner . The dentist I have been going there for years every three months ! I spent ALOT of money there and she said “ she’s in a procedure” I asked a few times can I speak with her because I am going to switch the practice and i will need all my records and go else where she was so inconsiderate n said well starting this year that’s the fee I got nothing accomplished I will go on there tomorrow most likely to get my records to bring to a new practice They were so rude I can’t deal with that environment the girls that useto work there
Was so nice . I don’t know what happened I left a good review before but this time unfortunately it went downhill all because she refused to wave a 75) cancellation fee if that was the case I shouldn’t have even called to cancel !
