I went to see this dentist about 15 years ago, but what made me write this review was that I kept getting flyers in the mail promoting her dental office. maybe this review will help others. I went to her about 15 years ago and I had perfect teeth. Perfect teeth all my life. never a filling. No nothing. By chance this dentist, supposedly found a cavity and sales pitch that I need a filling and I didn't really believe her. I was only supposed to be there for a cleaning, but she came out with that. Next she said that it's a good idea if I get a deep cleaning. Again it seemed that she was trying to get money out of me one way or another. I told her but I have perfect teeth why do I need a deep cleaning. No dentist has ever told me that. Well, long story short I switched a to a dentist about 15 years ago who I still go to and he keeps telling me that I have perfect teeth which confirmed that I probably didn't need that filling this dentist did on me. To me she was not trustworthy. That's why I never went back.

First time going to Best Smile and first dental office I visit since I moved down from NY a year ago. All I can say from a person who is not fond of going to the dentist due to past bad experience, I am very happy to have found them. They were highly recommended by a coworker of mines and she did NOT stare me wrong. From the dentist to the hygienist and the dental assistants, they were all SUPER AWESOME!! I definitely would recommend them to anyone. Very clean practice, they follow COVID-19 protocols and customer service is on point! Ivan is the manager for the Pembroke Pines location and he’s GREAT!! He will work with your schedule and financial needs if needed. So happy to have found them!!! Thank you guys!

This establishment is always a pleasure to visit. The staff are always nice and professional, the establishment is extremely sanitary and clean. The Doctors are extremely nice and patient, they explain everything that is an issue, what they did to fix the issue, and how to conduct preventative maintenance to help you in the future. Great Dentistry Office.

My 10+ year old Veneer cracked last night. My old dentist could not take me till next week, I called the office of Dr. Gonzalez, and they took me within two hrs of my call. The staff was amazing. Before my temporary repair they offered to clean my teeth. The most gentle hygienist took care of me. Dr. Gonzalez explain all the options and proceed to repair my tooth. The temporary repair looked awesome and matched the half of the veneer perfectly. I highly recommend this office.

This is one of the best dental offices I have ever been too. Dr. Luara Gonzalez is very professional, explains the procedures thoroughly and is very pleasant to talk to. The staff is phenomenal. They are so polite, nice and friendly. And kudos to Ivan (office manager) for running a great office.
