I have been coming to this location for at least a couple of years and have had a great experience every time. The staff is always friendly and they always do a wonderful job. Also I love the fact that they are close to my home so very convenient! I highly recommend this dentist office to everyone!

First of...I'm latina with a thick accent. One of the workers there treat me weird (not bad but weird). So, 2 years ago they did a root canal and when I went 2 weeks later to put the crown it wasn't heal. They told me that sometimes some people take more time than others so told me to come back in two more weeks. During that I had to move to Virginia so I went to a dentist there because I was still having pain and they found out that when they did the root canal, they broke my mular so that was the reason it was not healing. At the end, they had to take the mular out so I spent $400 in a procedure that was not done properly. Wrote this now cuz it still hurts that I paid that amount of money for a procedure that was not done properly and they never checked what was actually going on.

Honestly I have NEVER been to a better dental office. They worked with me on my specific needs in a very sweet and kind manner. I had both routine and cosmetic dentistry done and I will never go anywhere else. ALL the staff are warm, funny and thoughtful and they do excellent work! They educated me on all my needs. I recommend anyone looking for a dentist to contact this office.

(NOTE: If you have ODONTOPHOBIA, this is the review for you.)

I live just north of Pace, but was recommended to this dentist by my husband's co-worker who spoke very highly of this dentist. I had 2 previous crowns worked on at A***n Dental in Pace (within this past year) where I just had a very unpleasant experience the several times I had to go back to get things "fixed". (I usually try to support local businesses, but coming to this dentist was worth the drive.) I will base my rating on cleanliness/environment, customer service/staff, Dr. Hart/staff, time & work done.

Cleanliness/environment: It is always clean, welcoming, & waiting area has chairs spaced apart & sanitizer accessible for Covid measures. Each dental room has a closable "door" (not sure what call it, they are not standard wood doors) for privacy and/or I'm sure due to Covid measures, but does not make the room feel clostophobic.

Customer service/staff: It doesn't matter who you meet and speak with, on the phone or in person, the staff is very friendly, helpful w/questions, patient to any quirks or slow pace in filling out forms I had, and listened/respected any concerns I had. They don't make you feel inconvenienced w/requesting pricing information w/insurance. From the moment you walk in to when you leave, they make the dentist visit more positive.

Dr. Hart/staff: He & his staff were incredibly wonderful in listening to my previous problems w/the other dentistry work I'd had and my "issues" with in-depth teeth discussions & details. (My husband actually had to call for me to set up the initial appt because I would not be able to go through the details of what had been done & didn't want to hear any details of what else I'd have to go through.) At one point, Heather was able to explain details to my husband (details of procedures actually give me anxiety to hear/visualize, so I preferred my husband just giving me the final response of "It's all good.") With the initial appointment, Dr. Hart was thoroughly informative in the reasons why I had problems w/the crowns I had, but was respectful & kind to not speak ill of the other dentist. (Even though it was clear the job had not been done correctly on me.) He & his staff were patient & I really appreciated not having my feelings, fears, or concerns dismissed. They were focused on how to make this experience the best for me, with minimal pain (& mental trauma), & for the results to be the best.

Time: I've not had any problems with being made to wait longer. I try to get there earlier than the 15 min requested, but even the work time in the back room is not wasted on long waiting periods.

Work done: I have had previous negative dental experiences (from a young age of not having good oral hygiene habits) & though I have a high threshold for pain (tats/piercings/36+hrs of labor, etc), dental related is extremely low on my list. Dr. Hart presented me w/options on the work needed and choice in how many steps I'd prefer to take in order to still get the same great results. They were able to have me better prepared prior & during the main procedure so that I could get through it more relaxed w/minimal pain sensation & less anxiety/stress. So far, all has gone well with my work and I am extremely happy to have this be new dentist office.

Grateful for Dr. Hart and his staff! Dr. Hart is a patient, gentle, and knowledgeable dentist! His office found ways to accommodate my request for a quick appt. due to personal reasons, not once, but twice in a row! Two appointments, one for cleaning and one back for dental work, they fit me in quickly!

Besides going out of their way to accommodate me, the whole staff was kind are caring from start to finish. Liz, Melissa, two other ladies that helped me, and Dr. Hart himself- all a pleasure to interact with!

Due to his expertise and patience, Dr. Hart took the time to try and save my teeth from needing a root canal that I believe some other dentists would have jumped straight to- and he was able to! Thanks to my new trusted dentist, I saved tons of money, and my two teeth are saved, along with extra trouble and special care that root canals would have required! Thank you, GCFD!
