Absolutely recommend! They are efficient and friendly! They take the time to break down all the pricing and offer payment plans. I had to have a root canal done with Comfort Dental after a very traumatizing previous root canal experience elsewhere. Dr. Crawford and his assistant, I think her name was Kay, were so kind and comforting! Dr. Crawford is very good at what he does! It was over before I knew it! I never want to have another root canal, but if I do, I will go back here in a heartbeat.
They also offer sedated dentistry for people like me, who hyperventilate and cry while trying to hold still!
And lastly, their office is so cute! The decor and flow of the office is very modern!

Overall my experience with Comfort Dental is pretty decent and the cleaning I've gotten, I would say I'm satisfied with. With everything happening now this place is solid booked and that's the only downfall so far. But with everything it is exceptionally with the cleaning and works with our dental needs.

I had a tooth that needed extraction and I was in terrible pain. My husband called and set the appointment up and made sure he asked specifically if the tooth could be extracted today. The lady on the phone assured him it would be done today. I go to sign in for my appointment and the receptionist was completely rude! She explained that it would be $100 for today's visit and that they wouldn't do the extraction today. They would reschedule for a week out. I said no way, I'm in terrible pain I can't wait a week. That's when she ROLLED her eyes at me! Like my pain doesn't matter! I walked out of that place. It's a racket! If you like rude people and eye rolls this is the place for you.

Disappointed! As a military family, I’m familiar with having to find new dentists every few years. After doing it for over 15 years, I can spot a dentist that is just in it to churn your insurance. The minute I walked in I knew it was a mistake but I figured I’d give them a chance. I made an appointment for a regular cleaning as my last cleaning was 6 months ago. I was taken back and had X-rays taken, which I expected. Then, I was seated in a consultation room, not a dental hygienist seat. The doctor came in and said I needed a crown and several fillings. I have seen my previous dentist every 6 months for over 3 years and had no issues. I did not suddenly develop multiple issues…or a “ticking time bomb” as they said. I held my tongue, thinking I would get through this cleaning and never come back. Next, they came in with an estimate for all the procedures and mentioned I had “great insurance” and asked when I wanted to set up my cleaning. I was there for a cleaning! That is what I made the appointment for!! I told them that I would not be making ANOTHER appointment for a cleaning nor would I ever be coming back. I have never had to have a consultation appointment before a basic teeth cleaning appointment. I would never trust these people care for my teeth.

The exterior of the location looks to be an art deco architectural design from the 90s. Stepping inside reveals a modern, well-lit, and state-of-the-art interiors with very welcoming staff. They are all very compassionate the moment you walk in and will provide exceptional services.

Despite many being knowledgeable in their respective duties, you may have to consult with others to double check on something. Such as, if you are wanting to use a dental insurance and they inform you it isn't taken, have them or someone else try to use it. I walked in asking if my insurance was something they take but was told no even after they looked at the list. It wasn't until my appointment day did I offer my insurance card to a different individual who processed the card and it is now being used (out-of-network). Nevertheless, I am saving a lot more and not paying as much.

I did not see this as a way for the business to make more off of their patients, but more or less as a misinformed employee who didn't look further into the matter. Often times we are faced with situations we lack knowledge in. Instead of trying to wiggle out of it, don't be afraid to consult with someone above or beside you to help in the matter. It won't undermine your intelligence, instead it will maintain your professionalism.

I am, admittedly, not a fan of the dentist. That said, Comfort is so incredibly nice and considerate that it almost makes me excited to go to the dentist. Almost.
I've been a patient there for a few years at this point and I have (unfortunately)had plenty of work done, but all of it has been painless and stress free. Cannot recommend them enough for anyone, but especially my fellow dental-avoidists.

Dr. Vasquez and his staff at Comfort Dental are the best. I’ve been to several different dentists over the years, but Dr. Vasquez made me feel confident that he could fix the issues at a reasonable price. Also, no one at Comfort Dental makes you feel like they are judging you like other offices I’ve been to. I was in need of major dental work and was convinced I would have to go to Costa Rica or Mexico to have it done. I went to Comfort Dental to get X-rays for a Costa Rica dental trip, but by the end of the visit I knew I would be getting my dental work done by Dr. Vasquez. He was able to come up with a dental plan that fixed all my issues at roughly the same price as a Costa Rica trip (he didn’t try to nickel & dime me). I finished my 1st oral surgery yesterday and was very pleased with the process. They were able to get my appointment moved up sooner because of pain, plus they went above and beyond to reduce my anxiety on the day of surgery and to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. The best part is that they have everything you need in-house (e.g.,oral surgeon, orthodontist, anesthesiologist), meaning you aren’t referred out to another specialist. It’s one stop shopping for all your dental needs) I highly recommend them!

Everyone there is extremely nice and friendly and understanding! They don’t judge you or look down on you no matter how bad things may be! The doctors help break everything down and help make sure you understand everything and makes it easy for you to get everything done in your treatment plan without overwhelming you with cost! The office covers all your needs and kids needs as well. Will recommend to anyone and everyone!!!!

First visit for my 9yr old and 5yr old. Staff was amazing with both of them but I was extremely happy how they handle my rambunctious, intuitive, 5 yr old who has hearing problems. Also, Dr.Lilly was AMAZING and informative showing and explains the issues she found and thoroughly explaining her plan for treatment. All on all we all enjoyed the staff and the visit!!!!

So the exterior and even the layout and rooms of the interior are disorganized and don't look 100% clean. The building is small and busy causing a tad of a chaotic feeling, especially if you have dental anxiety. But, I will say I had the best experience under the circumstances I was there for. I have extreme dental anxiety and was in a lot of pain and Dr. Vazquez and his assistant really cared. Helped me calm down and made me feel comfortable. They were personable - which is very important to me, talked through each step, fast, and the most kind. Thank you.
