Reading the reviews here, customer service and patient satisfaction should have been excelled here — being that this is a 5 star rating office. The office is amazing and clean.
However, I'm disappointed. I feel disgusted in a way.. Like I was treated so unfairly. Upon scheduling the appt. The FrontDesker automatically assumed I had Medicaid. I explained I do not and stated the Insurance provider
(taking in count, I did not have my Member ID.. shame on me). Thus the appt was sched weeks prior.
Fast FWD to the appt. As I checked in. The Front Desker says "Your insurance" ( I'm thinking like: you still haven't obtained my insurance.. Like who does the insurance verification in here?????) The front desker stated she will find the insurance. I get called in the back.. Front desker states " we will do all service and go from there" minutes later some one entered the room and wanted this information. I'm currently in the chair. I got stopped from appt. I'm the patient and now I'm on the phone with the insurance company. after 25 minutes the front desker says " I found your member Id" ...............
For me to be in the healthcare field -lol it just bothers me the level of patient satisfaction people takes these days. deliver the bare minimum and think they've done all they can. The front desker knew in the beg, my services weren't welcomed why take me through the hassel ? Its okay. I got in with Dr. Adkins. I wish this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future .

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to…I had the most amazing outcome.. my teeth look perfect… I am a horrible patient I had been fired by my last dentist because I was to nervous in the chair and he was frustrated.. Dr.. Goeller was fantastic.. I kept apologizing for being nervous and he kept saying it is ok you are doing great.. the girls up front are attentive and also right there when u are ready to check out..
Once u go to this office you will never go to another dentist again… u Must try them u will love them…

I love coming to get my teeth cleaned here. Every time I visit the staff is always so friendly and they actually remember who I am. The teeth cleaning process is so easy and I never have any issues with getting pricked in my gums. The dental hygienist here take their time and they are extremely kind. My entire family gets their teeth cleaned here and we’re always more than satisfied. It’s nice to go to a dental office that always takes care of their patients.

I went here a few years ago and they were the best. After going without insurance and changing jobs over the years, I somehow ended up going somewhere else and was very unhappy there. I just returned and happy I did! They are friendly and informative.

Dr Goeller and his team are nothing short of fantastic! I have worked in dentistry for 20 years, so I’m very particular about my dental care and I can’t say enough great things about this office. The facility is clean and modern, the staff is kind and knowledgeable, and Dr Goeller is an incredibly skilled clinician and very personable! He recently made me a crown and it fits perfectly and I am able to chew on that tooth again for the first time in years. Best general dentistry office in Pensacola!
