Wonderful office environment, staff, and service! Especially for my squirmy 4-year old. We're newer to the area, and so thankful we met Dr. Digby (and staff) at Spanish Trail. We actually come from Perdido Key to have our dentistry needs taken care of at Spanish Trail because they are that great! And 4-year old approved! Her "stuffy bear" even got sunglasses to wear for their exam. ;-) And our daughter is much more interested in flossing since this appointment too! Dentists don't have to be scary anymore for kiddos! WINNING!

Without a doubt the most courteous, thorough and professional dentist office you will find in Pensacola. Dr. Strickland is likely the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever been treated by. He not only identifies the issues you are dealing with, but takes the time to explain why you are having the issues and maps out a very clear approach to treatment. The office is modern, comfortable and the staff makes you feel well taken care of. I definitely highly recommend Spanish Trail Dentistry.

Pros: convenient location, nice clean lobby, friendly dentist and front desk check in.
Cons: Horrible experience with the billing staff in particular. It was one female who was very rude and treated us like our insurance was bad or that we might be trying to rip the practice off? We did get this practice paid with our insurance only after I spent 2-3 months going between my insurance and this staff member by email and phone calls basically doing this woman's job for her. She was also passive aggressive later when we requested our medical records to move on to a different provider and she seemed to deliberately delay that by more than a few months.

The office staff was friendly and welcoming. Our hygienist was professional, knowledgeable, and made my kids comfortable with what she was doing. The dentist was thorough and took the time to answer our questions and interact with us. Overall I would recommend Spanish Trail Dentistry.

Going to the Dentist is usually not the most enjoyable thing, but Dr. Digby did a great job on my two fillings! After my cleaning and x-rays last week, they noticed a tooth needed a filling. Mary Virginia was able to get me an appointment with Dr. Digby, a couple of days later. He was very meticulous as he and Jennifer fixed my problem and it didn’t hurt at all! I highly recommend him and all the doctors at Spanish Trail Dentistry.
